Accommodation in the historic centre, in a traditional house with pedestrian access from the inner courtyard, for guests’ exclusive use. Located in a strategic spot, it allows you to walk to all amenities (bars, restaurants, supermarket), to the lake (one of the Lake Orta Navigation docking points is just a short walk away), and to the trails that surround it.
The apartment features a spacious open-concept living area on the ground floor with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a full bathroom with a washing machine.
On the second floor, you’ll find the master bedroom with large closets, a twin bedroom, and a second full bathroom.
The apartment also features a study and a small sitting area with a sofa bed and a view of the lake. A cot can be placed in the master bedroom at the foot of the bed or in the adjacent room.

The building was in the historic part of Pettanasco, probably 400 years old, so don’t expect modern. But we loved the warm feel of the property and were very comfortable for our two days.

Sehr große, saubere Ferienwohnung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist auf Grund des Mauerwerks, der Lage und ihrer Größe auch im Hochsommer überraschend kühl. Es ist alles da, was benötigt wird wird(Gewürze, Kaffee, Duschgel) und der See ist nur wenige Gehminuten weit entfernt
