This lovely apartment is located on the popular coastal development of Mojon Hills, close to the traditional Spanish village of Isla Plana. The apartment has stunning views over the sea and the Bay of Mazarrón and has a large terrace which faces the sun all day long!
The accommodation comprises: entrance into open plan living area, with modern furniture, TV and comfortable seating. The dining area seats 4, and French windows lead out onto the terrace, offering the chance to have diner in the sunshine, whatever the season! The kitchen is well equipped, making the apartment ideal for family breaks or a longer stay through the winter months. There is a large fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine. A kitchen side-door leads also out onto the very large terraced area, with cosy corners for sunbathing.
The corridor leads to the shower room, with shower cubicle, basin and WC and there are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes, with French windows leading onto the terrace. The smaller bedroom also has built in wardrobes, and twin beds. The flexible sleeping arrangements will suit families and couples.
Externally, this apartments benefits from a large terrace, with 2 sun loungers in which to laze away the sunny days, and there is also a patio set with 6 chairs and parasol so that guests can eat on the terrace in the shade. The apartment has a secure underground parking space for clients use, and use of the resort´s communal pool. The gated pool on the resort is surrounded by sun huts and grass, making the area safe and secure for children.
The younger members of the family will adore the sandy beaches of Isla Plana, which are just a short walk away from the complex, and a larger selection of beaches are to found in Puerto de Mazarrón, Bahia and Bolnuevo. Many are blue flag beaches meeting European quality standards.
The marina at Puerto de Mazarron is also a short drive away, and here you will also find a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area. The Mojon Hills complex is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!
