Apartment very well equipped and cosy in the beautiful urbanization of Mojon Hills in the idyllic and peaceful setting of Isla Plana. The apartment consists of front garden with sea views and large rear terrace with elegant garden furniture and barbecue. The community pool is only a few meters and include spacious lawns, parasols and a Jacuzzi. The apartment includes 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds and one of them has 2 single beds. The apartment also includes air conditioning, washer / dryer, kettle, microwave, oven and hob, Italian coffee and Nespresso machine. Sheets and bathroom towels are included.

Superb apartment for anyone with young children or disabilities.

Absolutely superbly equipped property for 6 people. Being ground floor with gardens it was ideal for young children and a lot of suitable equipment was available for them. Furnished to a high standard throughout. Although wheelchair accessible the doors are standard width so expect a bit of juggling if using a wide wheelchair. Free communal WiFi was a bonus even though it was playing up somewhat during our stay so was a bit hit and miss. The agent (a neighbour) was very helpful in meeting us to deliver and collect the keys and sort out any minor problems we had with operating anything. We would certainly look to rent the apartment again if we return to Isla Plana.

Una estancia genial

La atención por parte del propietario ha sido de 10. El apartamento está genial, justo al lado de la piscina, y cuenta con todo lo necesario. La zona del jardín con la barbacoa una pasada, la utilizabamos casi a diario. Sin duda repetiremos.

Muito boa. Os proprietários foram fabulosos a juani senhora que cuidada casa , muito simpática. A casa tem todas as condições, e muito maisdo que esperava. A piscina é fantástica. As praias à volta com uma fauna lindíssima. Foram umas férias em família excelentes. Obrigado

Todo ha sido perfecto! Javier es muy amable y la comunicación con él fue muy fácil desde el principio. La casa tiene de todo y está muy limpia, la piscina está genial. Hemos ido en Septiembre y apenas hay gente: nada de aglomeraciones en la playa, fecha ideal para descansar y relajarte teniendo la playa cerquita y Mazarrón o La Azohía a poco más de 10 minutos en coche. Repetiríamos sin duda!

La casa está genial, igual que en las fotos. Todo limpio y bien cuidado. La piscina de la urbanización es una maravilla. Y la zona es espectacular para ir en familia. Cien por cien recomendable.

Te sientes como en casa!!! El apartamento tiene de todo, muy bien cuidado, equipado, no le falta ningún detalle. Perfecto!!! Esa gran terraza con la barbacoa te da la vida por las noches. Sitio ideal para pasar las vacaciones en familia con amigos o con tu pareja. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, vecinos muy amables. El propietario un encanto, pendiente del todo en todo el momento. Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo. Nosotros sin duda repetimos. Javier muchas gracias por todo.

Great Holiday Apartment

I have just returned from a week at this lovely apartment on a diving holiday. Javier was really helpful and Tony the local rep was great. The property was exactly as described, very well maintained, and really well equipped. We didn't get chance to use the pool due to the time of year however the grounds are beautiful & well kept. We found beach chairs, spare charcoal and beach toys in the the storage outside which was a nice surprise. Would definately stay here again.

Great stay

Easy and efficient communication with the owner. Excellent house with everything you need in place. We were staying as part of a bigger group celebrating a birthday in Isla Plana. This place is definitely recommendable.

Tranquilidad, para cargar las pilas

Somos un matrimonio con un hijo y hemos pasado una quincena de agosto, en el apartamento de Javier, estupenda. L a zona es tranquila y bonita. El residencial, esta muy bien, tranquilo, la limpieza de este es diaria y su piscina comunitaria es una pasada, mi hijo la disfruto mucho- El apartamento nos sorprendio mucho, incluso despues de haber estado antes. Tiene todo lujo de detalles que te sorprende encontrar. Las habitaciones comodisimas. Y ese jardin, con su barbacoa, espectacular. He tenido la ocasion de conocer a Javier y su esposa y han estado super atentos en todo momento. Javier solo decirte que intentare volver el verano que biene y recomiendo tu apartamento a todo el que desee una estancia tranquila. Y decir tambien que en la zona hay muchas actividades de ocio para practicar, restaurantes y muy cerca del puerto de Mazarron. Un 10 a todo.

Beautiful cosy and spacious apartment

==We had a wonderful holiday at this apartment in Isla Plana in October. The apartment is very clean, spacious with a kitchen/living/dining area plus two double bedrooms and another bedroom with twin beds. It is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything one could possibly need and more! We cooked in a few times and found it to be a pleasant experience. There is a very nice outdoor dining table on the patio and we ate our meals outside. The apartment has two small gardens also and our kids loved playing in these with one playing football and the other doing endless cartwheels! There is very easy access to the pool which is outside the gate of the back garden.It is a lovely communal pool which is accessible only to the residents and it is surrounded by a large grass area. The water was a little chilly in October but we braved it anyway. There are a few good restaurants in the village of Isla Plana which is a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment. We enjoyed the menu of the day at these restaurants and found them to be great value, €12 approximately for four courses. We also enjoyed eating at the Antipodas Tavern in La Azohia which overlooks a pier and beach and was about a 20 minute drive away. The children enjoyed climbing on the rocks here. The beach in Isla Plana was very nice and there is a lovely area surrounding it for a walk. There are plenty of longer walks signposted around the area, however we ran out of time. We found the owners Javi and Siobhan to be very helpful and we would be delighted to holiday again in their apartment. It was a very enjoyable holiday in a lovely location.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, le logement était conforme à la description, propre, décoration soignée, tout le nécessaire linge, électroménager de qualité.Terrasse spacieuse et agréable. Le contact avec les propriétaires s'est fait par mails, toujours très sympathiques et réponses rapides et précises. Bon accueil du voisin qui nous a remis les clés. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Apartamento ideal con o sin niños.

El apartamento se ajusta totalmente a la descripción. Todo estaba perfecto. El apartamento está totalmente acondicionado para estar con niños: el jardín, juguetes, cubertería, piscina, etc. La cocina esta superequipada y todo estaba muy limpio. El apartamento está a 10 minutos andando de la playa. Aunque se aconseja coche para poder visitar los alrededores y hacer las compras. El propietario ha sido muy amable nos ha facilitado toda la información necesaria de funcionamiento del apartamento y de cómo pasar unos estupendos días en Isla Plana. Seguro que repetimos.

Muy buena opción para las vacaciones

Fantástica casa para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas y conocer la zona. El pueblo es tranquilo y esta cerca de otras localidades con más movimiento. La casa muy bien, perfectamente acondicionada, no le falta nada, estuvimos como en nuestra propia casa. Mi peque se encontraba muy cómoda y le encantó jugar con la excavadora. La piscina muy chula y casi todo el tiempo para nosotros solos. Además, Javier estuvo siempre muy atento y disponible, lo que aporta seguridad por si hay algún inconveniente. En resumen, un sitio muy recomendable!!!

Fantastic holiday home!

We stayed in Javier and Siobhan´s holiday home early in the summer season, however their hospitality began weeks before that with advice and ideas for our stay. We were met on arrival and shown around by a neighbour who was also warm and welcoming. The house is very tastefully decorated and has all the mod cons needed. The kitchen is very well equipped. There were also plenty of indoor and outdoor games to keep children happy! The garden has two areas, one covered and one open air and a built in barbeque. The community pool is accessed from the garden. The pool is great for families and has plenty of surrounding grass area and as others have commented, we rarely had to share it with many! The area of Isla Plana itself is quiet and we spent most evenings on the social club terrace which overlooked the bay and church, a beautiful view! We visited different beaches along the coast, which are a mixture of sand and shingle. They also were quiet, apart from the weekends when more locals came. We are definitely planning on returning to Javier and Siobhan´s house in 2016 and highly recommend their home to anybody planning a holiday in the area.

PRECIOSA CASA

Somos un matrimonio joven con un niño y hemos pasado una semana estupenda en esta casa. Lo primero decir lo limpia que estaba y que tenía todo tipo de detalles.....no nos faltó de nada y nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer día. La urbanización es muy bonita y la casa está muy bien situada en ella. Tiene dos terrazas, la principal con barbacoa y mobiliario de jardín es perfecta y se puede disfrutar en ella del buen tiempo. Javier el propietario es súper atento y siempre ha estado pendiente de cualquier duda. La zona también nos ha sorprendido mucho pues las playas son preciosas y los paseos marítimos también. Recomiendo totalmente esta casa.

vacaciones en Isla Plana

Hemos estado durante 9 días un grupo de 5 adultos. La casa de Javier es muy acogedora y está perfectamente equipada. Todos los días podíamos desayunar, comer y a veces cenar en el porche. No hemos tenido demasiada suerte con el tiempo (hubiéramos querido ir un poco mas a la playa) pero hemos podido conocer un poco la zona. La Azohía es preciosa y se puede ir andando desde casa. Hemos hecho excursiones a Cartagena y Murcia capital y ambas nos han gustado mucho. Si tenéis planeado viajar a esa zona la opción de la casa de Javier es muy recomendable.

Inmejorable

La casa es magnífica, es muy nueva, la decoración es muy bonita y está totalmente equipada. Tiene todo tipo de electrodomésticos, utensilios de cocina, aire acondicionado, barbacoa, wifi, juegos de mesa, libros...mucho más de lo normal en un alojamiento de alquiler. Y además tiene dos patios preciosos donde siempre hay sombra a lo largo del día. El patio principal da directamente a la piscina, que dispone de jacuzzi y una pequeña cascada que le da un toque muy agradable. Además, está abierta hasta medianoche y el baño nocturno con la iluminación es una maravilla. La urbanización está muy bien cuidada y es tranquila. Para viajar con niños pequeños, como ha sido nuestro caso, es perfecta. Aparte de los patios de la casa, muy bien decorados y cubiertos con una zona de césped artificial para tomar el sol o simplemente jugar con los niños, la urbanización tiene zonas ajardinadas y de césped natural con sombrillas. La playa está a unos 10-15 minutos andando, aunque es recomendable ir en coche porque la urbanización está en una pequeña loma. Isla Plana es un pueblo encantador con muchas cosas que hacer, muy tranquilo eso sí, y además en el entorno hay muchos sitios de visita obligada, como la Azohía, la Batería de Castilitos, Bahía.... y además a un paso está el Puerto de Mazarrón que tiene muchas zonas comerciales y de recreo. En resumen, el entorno también es muy interesante. Y por último, y no menos importante, la extraordinaria amabilidad de Javier y su familia. Todo han sido facilidades, Javier nos ha atendido fenomenal incluso desde Irlanda. Juan Carlos, Isa, muchas gracias por todo, y en especial por los detalles con las niñas. En resumen, alojamiento 100% recomendable, no sólo por el sitio sino por sus propietarios. Volveremos seguro. Teresa y Ramón
