Hello! My name is Laura, and I am the proud owner of Chichester Holiday Properties. We are a small, local, independent holiday rental company dedicated to providing exceptional service for our guests and property owners alike.

At Chichester Holiday Properties, we manage privately owned properties on behalf of their owners, offering a complete range of services from guest communication to cleaning and check-in. Our goal is to ensure that every aspect of your stay is seamless and enjoyable.

We are here for you 24 hours a day, ready to assist in case of emergencies and available to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have, both before, during, and after your stay.

You can find our properties listed on our page, and we also act as co-hosts for other property owners. Whether you are planning a getaway to Chichester for business or pleasure, we would be delighted to host you and ensure you have a wonderful stay.

A welcome hamper is left out for our guests upon arrival which consists of -
Milk, tea, coffee, sugar, cloths, hand wash, cooking spray, dishwasher tablets, rinse aid, washing up liquid, matches, kitchen roll, tissues, bin bags, pen, salt, pepper, fire lighters and tinfoil as well as a some goodies including wine, cookies, chocolates and sweets!

We also include shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and hand wash at each sink.

We can provide a travel cot (please provide your own linen) and high chair along with baby packs 0-2 years and toddler packs 2-4 years - all free of charge. Items are subject to availability and requested in advance for shot stays only. All items are to be left in the property at the end of your stay. They will be cleaned and sterilised between each use.

Please note dog's are welcome for free. The owners live next door and also have pets, please note the premises isn't secured by a fence.
