Summary:
Enjoy a luxury vacation home located in the Waters Edge community - only a 20 yard walk to the neighborhoods private beach!
You'll hear the soothing sounds of the surf and enjoy the close proximity to shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee from your balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico before heading out for a bike ride along 30A.
The Space:
This 5-bedroom, 4-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and offers direct beach access. The ground floor features two bunk rooms, a queen bedroom, and two full bathrooms. The middle level includes the master suite with an ensuite bathroom, and the top level offers an additional queen bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. Enjoy a private heated pool, a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, balconies and decks on every floor, a spacious living area, and full bath amenities. Each stay includes a complimentary setup of a beach chair and umbrella. Conveniently located next to the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and just a short distance from Alys Beach, this home provides everything you need for a wonderful stay.
**Bunk Room on first floor includes a single over double, as well as a single trundle bed.
**Beach chair service runs for stays from March 1st through November 30th. During the offseason, you can pay $50 per day (plus tax) for the setup.
**The pool can be heated for a fee
**A high chair and pack and play can be made available for no additional fee. Please request prior to arrival.

Location is perfect. Shops, restaurants all close and easy walks. Beach access is so close and loved the chairs and umbrella set up daily. Home was well stocked. Left nothing to be desired. Ocean water was beautiful and clear. A bit different than what I’m used to in SW Florida so that was a great nice surprise. Book with confidence. You won’t be disappointed

Great House Close to Center of Rosemary Beach
First time visiting Rosemary Beach area and we were extremely happy with our home choice. Great setup for a family, super close to the Rosemary Beach main drag and only steps away from the beach. We will definitely be back.

Family Vacation
We had a great family vacation with plenty of room for all of us! So close to the beach and the included beach chairs were a great bonus.

Amazing property!
This is a fabulous house....so close to the beach! It's great having the pool as well. Our family loves this place, it is our second time staying there and hope to continue for years to come!

Beautiful beach house and great location!
Our family loved this beach house. The location was perfect and the house was beautiful and clean. Very helpful property manager and a nice welcome basket. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!
Property was well represented online. Very well stocked and equipped throughout the house. Communication was fast and easy with property manager. Great location to Peddler’s Pavilion and beach access. Great stay!

Wonderful beachside home!
Terrific location just 1 min walk from the beach. Home was spacious enough for all of us spanning grandparents to grandkids. Heated pool was a nice touch to the home!

Seacrest Beach House
Perfect for our family of 9. We all enjoyed our stay immensely. Would definitely book again. One note, if you’re traveling with toddlers, the stairs to beach can be challenging for them so be prepared.

What a great property,
We loved this property, it was well maintained and very clean. Just 100 steps to the beach where 4 beach chairs awaited our arrival. Walk to Rosemary Beaches great restaurant’s and shops. We will look forward to coming back next year.

we enjoyed, we didn't go to the beach but a few times because of the steps
The property was as advertised. We enjoyed the stay.
The picture of the steps were a little understated, for small children. Thank you for the way you manage and take care of
our time away.

Beautiful home! Very nicely furnished and fully stocked!
This house is just perfect! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and every type of cookware you may need! The furniture and decor is all high end and it’s literally steps away from the beach! Our family will be back next summer to rent this great home again!

Perfection on the coast
This property has everything you might need and more. The house is both comfortable and beautifully appointed. The layout is perfect for children and adults. Getting to the beach took less than five minutes. We highly recommend staying here on your next beach vacation!

Great condition, excellent remodel
Beautiful home, plenty of space to spread out! So close to the beach - literally around the corner. Love having the pool in the back, too. Easily walkable to Rosemary Beach and plenty of dining options - would definitely rent again! Thanks!

Beautiful house and great location
Waters edge is our favorite community on 30A, we have stayed at other homes in this gated neighborhood and this one is our favorite. Check in was easy. The location is very close to the beach and the home was very spacious and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The main room was large and spacious.

Wonderful week at the beach!
We travelled for spring break with another family- we had 4 kids between 5 and 10 years old. The house was wonderful- cute interior, well stocked kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The location is AMAZING- super close to the beach and right across the road from lots of dining and shopping options. They provide reserved chairs on the beach every day and extra chairs at the house to bring down with you if you wanted more. Heated pool was an extra bonus when we wanted a little break from the beach. Would highly recommend this house, the location can’t be beat.

Perfect Location
Home was even more beautiful than the pictures and the location was absolutely perfect. We would definitely book here again. Our only complaint was that several days there were painters working on the exterior of the property which hadn’t been communicated to us by the property manager and did affect our use of the pool.

Rundown
The house is rundown and it makes it feel unclean. They need to renovate the house. The pictures are not current and it’s deceiving. Linda the manager is rude. Great location but not worth the rental amount.

Relaxing place, Great Location
Beautiful, clean home and super easy beach access. Daily chair setup was perfect. Coordination for arrival was simple. Property manager typically quick to respond. Only concern was a missing toilet seat and no lights for pool at night. Be aware you can only park 3 cars here, so if you have a larger group you will need to make other attangements.
Our group would definitely stay here again.
