Just what we were looking for

Our family loved this beautiful home! It had everything we needed. The photos and descriptions were very accurate. Our kids loved the pool. The view of the beach and ocean were amazing! The location was perfect for us. Overall we were very impressed with this property.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great location. We had a couple issues with the HVAC not working and outside faucet being broken (unable to rise our feet) but the property management group handled the issue quickly.

The perfect house!

This is such a wonderful property!! We had an issue pop up and they handled it right away. It’s the perfect location and it feels like you have your own private beach. We’ve already booked our stay for next year.

Family Beach Trip 2023

Perfect access to the beach. House was just right for our group. The house was well supplied with appliances and utensils. It was great to have a beach setup each day as part of the rental as well as plenty of bikes for the group. We had a great family stay. We’ll be back.

Beautiful Beach Property

Our stay was absolutely amazing. It was beachfront luxury. We enjoyed the bikes and chairs and umbrella that were set out on the beach. We had all that we needed for our large family and had a wonderful time. Only issue was that the air conditioner went out for 2 nights, but the management company was prompt at communicating with us and fixing the issue.

Wonderful Week

I have been coming to Walton County for 30 years. This week was the best weather I have experienced. Great house. Lots and lots of people on the beach, if you like that.. The downstairs ac needs to be checked out.

Wonderful week at the beach

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The home exceeded our expectations. It was well stocked with lots of cooking utensils etc. Our property contact, Amanda was very responsive and helpful. The floor of the upstairs balcony, which is beautiful and fully furnished, was very dirty, and the house cleaner came to clean it for us, which was very nice of her. Apparently they don't include this in their normal cleaning routine, and it should definitely be cleaned since dust and dirt collect there. The view from the house was perfect and the weather was good, so we were outside a lot. The stairs to the beach were damaged by the hurricane last fall, but we managed to get up and down them during our stay. We loved our time at Seacrest beach and hope to return sometime in 2021.

This house accommodated 8 of us extremely well. We had plenty of space inside and appreciated having our own bathrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cooking utensils (could have used a few more forks)-everything we needed to grab a quick breakfast before hitting the beach. Also, we really made use of the ice maker! We grilled out one night and the grill has some hot spots. That said, our surf and turf still turned out deliciously. The steps down to the beach didn't bother our group, but it is worth noting that there are something like 55 fairly steep steps. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool in the evenings. The upper deck is a beautiful spot to relax-taking in spectacular views while enjoying the comfortable outdoor furniture. Our only big question is, with the house sleeping 12, why the patio off of the kitchen only has seating for 4 to dine. We would have loved to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner out there because it has lovely ocean views and ample space to hold a much larger table. Overall, we would give this stay 5 stars, would recommend to anyone who asks and would love to come back some day! Thank you for being so easy to work with and for sharing your home with us.

Miserable Week

The property itself was fine for the most part BUT we were living for a week next to an active construction site, maybe 8 feet away? They arrived at 7 and worked til 5, including Saturday and Sunday!!! Our time spent in the house was filled with heavy machinery, nail guns, hammers, saws, and loud voices. Thank goodness we didn't have a baby or small child who needed to nap!. The workmen had their trucks and cars parked on either side of the driveway making turning out either way onto BUSY 30A dangerous and stressful to say the least. The contract mentioned possible construction issues, BUT the property management company was well aware of the construction next door and never mentioned how it would so negatively impact all aspects of our family vacation. Greed involved here. NEVER will I rent from them again.

The construction has been a very slow and ongoing process as you can see from the reviews below. As a company we have in the “important things to know” that there is construction all of over 30A and we added to this personal listing that there is construction next door when we were made aware in hopes that our future guests would be informed. I want to apologize that your stay with us wasn’t enjoyable due to an outside issue. Your experience with us means a lot to us and we would love to invite you back to any of our properties in the future. Great experience

I went with my family (wife and two young children) during Mardi Gras break. While the weather was cold and wet, we still had a terrific time. Let me start with the positives: - I would agree with what everyone said about Amanda from 30A. She was always very responsive, regardless of the time of day, and she immediately addressed/fixed any issue that arose. For instance, when we first arrived the door code did not work, however, she corrected this error in a manner of minutes, and we were in the door. Amanda was terrific. - I would also emphasize what others have noted, the view was beautiful. It's overlooks the ocean, and just a few steps away from the beach. In addition, it's only a short bike ride to Alys/Rosemary beach. Truly, this was the best part of the property On to some concerns/items of note: - When I read the reviews about the construction next door and the stairs to the beach, I was concerned. However, when we were there (mid-February 2021), the stairs to the beach had been fixed, and all of the construction next door was indoors. We did not have any noise issues at all. - The other main concern was that the house has started to show it's age a little bit. It's a beautiful house, but you can tell that it is just getting substantial use as a rental home, and minor things need to be fixed, and updated. All in, it was a terrific experience, and we would certainly stay at the location again.

Family Christmas

My family of 8 adults stayed at the property the week after Christmas. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space when needed. One couple stayed in the carriage house which was perfect for when they needed some time away from the family. The house was well decorated, comfortable, and homey. The views from the two upstairs bedrooms and the upstairs balcony were breathtaking. The kitchen was well equipped with just about every appliance you could think of. We also enjoyed the large dining table which was perfect for family meals. The elevator was a bonus and made taking luggage upstairs a breeze. We also enjoyed time sitting on the outside patio and watching the magnificent sunsets. The property manager, Amanda, was very receptive and got back to us quickly with answers to any of our questions. The only negative, that was a disappointment, was that we did not have private beach access due to the stairs to the beach being damaged. At the time we were there, the stairs were completely unusable, so we had to walk to the street to access the public beach stairs. We feel that we should have been told before the day we arrived that we would not be able to use the stairs. It would be our recommendation to check with the property manager before your stay to see if the stairs have been repaired. We feel we would have spent more time on the beach had we been able to access it directly from the property. As mentioned in other reviews, there is construction taking place on a home next door. Most of the construction has moved inside the house, but we did experience some noise from the site, however, it did not bother us. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would go back to this property. We loved the area which included great bike paths, shops, and restaurants even though we did not venture out much. We were very content to stay in and enjoy the loveliness of "Always on my Mind."

We had a delightful time. The beach access was amazing, the property was in a fantastic location. The property management team was very quick to respond and was very helpful for the few items we needed any assistance with. We appreciated the easy check out. Our only critique would be the complete lack of cell service in the home, but it was a welcome disconnect from the world and to enjoy our time with our family there. We will be back.

Wonderful home for families! Right on the beach and the pool was so warm! Communication was quick and easy, house was clean, and the view is amazing!

Great spaces right on the beach with gorgeous views

The entire process was very easy, plus the home was lovely with well equipped kitchen and good beach paraphernalia. The view right at the beach was gorgeous, with fabulous sunsets. We had 5 adults and 3 kids with extra room to spare. Hope to go again
