Ventu De Ma Studio #2 with AC

Ventu de Ma Studio 2 is a lovely second floor studio with AC in a typical Vernazza tower house. The building of Ventu de Ma offers 2 Studios (Studio 1 and Studio 2) and 1 Double Room with Sea View. Each Studio has air conditioning and own kitchenette corner, while the Double Room offers an amazing sea view from the balcony.

The entire property can be sold for a large party or as separate units, since all the units can have private access.

Studio 2

Ventu de Ma Studio 2 is a large open space with ensuite bathroom.

This Studio with AC offers a comfortable double bed, a kitchenette corner with stove, tea and coffee boiler and toaster. The room has two windows opening on a curious corner of the village. Ventu de Ma Studio 2 has an elegant private bathroom with shower.

The entire property has been restored in 2019 and has excellent furnishing and decors.

A folding bed can be added to this property, to raise occupancy to 3 guests.

The owner offer use of a laundry room located on third floor with independent access  both from the indoor staircase or from a village sea view backroad. From this backroad it's possible enjoying a unique and amazing sea view.

The laundry room serves all the three units of the building and has also kitchen facilities for Room 3.

Air conditioning and WIFI available. AC works also as heating.

Ventu De Ma Studio #2 with AC

Fine experience in Vernazza, very clean, helpful staff and nice perks in the room. The only bad part was the music permeating the room in the late night/post-midnight hours from what we believe was a nearby bar/restaurant. You would think the business would be cognizant of its neighbors during sleep hours, but this was not the case.

thanks as fast as the music you happened in the once-a-year celebration of the passed away owner of that restaurant who also was a famous poet, singer, musician and chansonnier all friends, local and even from abroad, gather with the died man’s son, even famous artists, to remember his life and his music sorry you happened there but you will understand things like that, in choosing a village life property, might happen and to tell you the truth they are what make our area so special so I hope they’ll somehow will keep “disturbing” our guests’ nights otherwise there’s always the possibility to choose anonymous, sound proof rooms in cities skyscrapers…that’s a choice but we prefer remaining real people thanks anyway for appreciating the property and pointing this out

Excellent spot!

My husband and I stayed here for several days and enjoyed the space. It was very clean (I have high standards in this area) and everything was exactly as the listing noted, except we were pleasantly surprised to find a washer IN the unit, that came in so handy! There are a lot of steep stairs leading up to the unit and they are no joke. But that is true if you are coming to this area, period. There are lots of tiny, steep stairs everywhere. The ones at this apartment are no worse than anywhere else. There is a restaurant directly below this unit and they had late parties with live music several nights while we were there. We felt that, like the stairs, that is par for the course if you are staying in the main part of town. People eat dinner around 7 or 7:30 and stay out late. We hiked around in the heat all day, so we were worn out and went to bed as most people were heading out for the evening, so we just wore earplugs and the music was no problem for us at all. We liked being right there in the vibrant center of town. The location is amazing and I would definitely stay here again!

A Charming Hillside Room

The house is nicely located off the main road and just at the beginning of the trail to the next village. The management company was very helpful and accommodating, including having tickets to the opera performance. It is a short walk to the lovely, active harbor area or to the train. Great hiking adventure.
