This new 6-suites villa is located in the heart of Ibiza, in the road of the restaurants, and just 15 minutes driving distance from Ibiza town.

It was built in 2016 with the objective of providing the guests with the most comfortable stay. Its architecture is modern and everything is first quality in Can Rafalet, from the traditional materials used for the construction to the furniture of the house.

All bedrooms (6) are with unsuited bathrooms, Tv, A/C, safe, view to surrounding gardens, trees and countryside.

There are 2 kitchens, spacious living areas and huge terrace to pool, outdoor BBQ and gardens.

Sun beds, parasols and comfortable outdoor furnishings inside and outside dining areas

Family celebration

This is a great property for 14 people plus space for guests to come over for BBQ etc. Well designed, the architecture is excellent. Location offers easy access to the island. A car is helpful for shopping but online delivery from all the supermarkets means this is not essential. Helpful to prebook transport but taxi click pretty reliable. The hosts are excellent and experienced. They have multiple properties and react promptly to any requests. Would recommend and consider this property good value for money.
