Un beau studio lumineux et privé situé dans une éco-péniche d'Amsterdam récemment rénovée. Il dispose d'une salle de bains privative et d'une vue imprenable sur l'eau IJ. Situé dans le centre-ville, à proximité du célÚbre quartier Jordaan.

J'aimerais vous inviter dans ma pĂ©niche rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e et ĂȘtre l'un de mes premiers invitĂ©s. AprĂšs une pĂ©riode passionnante ou une rĂ©novation complĂšte, je suis ravi d'ouvrir enfin mes portes pour vous!
Donc, si vous cherchez un sĂ©jour authentique Ă  Amsterdam, vous ĂȘtes au bon endroit.

Cette péniche écologique est idéalement située dans le Zeeheldenbuurt, dans un endroit calme de la «Oude Houthaven». Il a une vue imprenable sur l'eau IJ et Amsterdam Nord et est à distance de marche du centre-ville (8 minutes).

Rester sur mon bateau contribuera Ă  l'environnement. En chauffant Ă  l'aide d'une pompe Ă  chaleur Ă  eau durable, la pĂ©niche utilise 5 fois moins d'Ă©nergie, n'Ă©met pas de COÂČ et ne brĂ»le pas de combustibles fossiles.

Le studio privĂ© de 25 mÂČ est Ă©quipĂ© de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il a un lit king size confortable (180 x 200) avec des draps blancs et nets et un plafond de fenĂȘtre au-dessus de votre tĂȘte pour regarder les Ă©toiles.
Commencez votre journée avec un Nespresso dans le canapé relaxant et installez-vous dans votre vie en mer.

La salle de bain privée offre une baignoire avec une vue imprenable sur le port, une douche séparée et des articles de toilette luxueux de Marie-Stella-Maris.

Wonderful stay!

Such a great location. Close to everything and quiet which was exactly what we were looking for! Host was wonderfully accommodating which we really appreciated! Only very very minor complaints were the water didn’t get hot enough to utilize the bath, (I like scalding hot baths!) and the internet was in and out a bit. Everything else was amazing! Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect vacation!

My husband and I could not have enjoyed our houseboat home for the weekend more! It was fun to be on the water, the location is quiet and beautiful for sunrise and sunset. We appreciated Arie's communication, recommendations, and access to bikes! It was super quick to bike anywhere in Amsterdam from this location. We also used the Wifi to get some work done while we were there and had no issues. Thank you Arie!! We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome!

On our way to the summer Olympics we stopped in Amsterdam, looking for a unique experience. We booked this houseboat and found that exploring the city by day and staying on the boat at night was a fantastic way to begin our vacation. The boat is clean and surprisingly spacious and we loved sitting up on deck watching the the lights sparkling on the water and the perspective of all the water activity. Much better than a mundane hotel!

Simply Charming!!

Tucked away in a very quiet area immediately adjacent to the horseshoe, the boat was fantastic. A few recommendations for improvements: - two expandable luggage stands (so that we don't have to put our bags on the floor) - a new mattress and bedframe. The current one was great as we both rolled into the middle of the bed yet not everyone wants that. - improve the drainage in the shower, bathtub and sink. - have a couple of chairs on the top deck for morning coffee or afternoon wine.

Clean and Unique, but Small

I'm glad we tried this, but it is small. There is no kitchen -- it is really the same size as a hotel room. Also, it gets very warm in the room; there is no AC and I think it would be way to hot if the weather was any warmer than what we experienced. The listing said there was a pool (not sure where that was -- maybe they meant the canal?). We also asked for the bikes which were mentioned in the listing, but we couldn't figure out how to use them (and they were old and rusty), so we rented bikes (which was great!). It was a nice quiet location, about a 25-35 minute walk from all attractions/Central Station. Felt very safe and clean.

Friendly but lack of organization and communication

So yes, nice houseboat in great walk/bike location in Amsterdam. I book early for my vacations and I had a conversation with the host about adding one night to our stay on July 3rd. Instead of doing it in the VRBO app he said I confirm and we can do $ transaction when you’re here
he said it would be easier. Then the host told me the night before that he cannot accommodate an extra night. He told me he booked people to stay in August. I said you confirmed with me in July. I had to book a ridiculous expensive hotel in the red light district for one night!!! This host is completely unprofessional. Then when I pointed it out he volunteered a dinner at his friend’s restaurant. How uncouth can you get
.he messed up!! instead of taking care of it himself, he volunteered his friend’s business. Ok that is it about the host! This place is cold, no real heat control.the shower drains so slow be prepared for a flood. They gave us two towels, incredibly rough/scratchy for a 5 day stay. Amenities are less than a hotel mini fridge and a kettle. No TV, and no kitchen or hot plate. Also no window shades on the old boat windows. So no sleeping in after a party night in Amsterdam. Overall, great for the novelty that you can be on a house boat in Amsterdam. But it’s not docked on a canal either so I’m sure you can fine one with better amenities on a city canal, this one is docked in a harbor area.. Maybe with a host that actually remembers his own booking.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, hab aber mehr erwartet von der Unterkunft

Der Aufenthalt auf dem Hausboot war insgesamt in Ordnung. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der freundliche Kontakt sowie die reibungslose Check-in-Methode, die den Einstieg sehr unkompliziert gemacht hat. Auch die Lage des Hausbootes hat uns gut gefallen, da sie sehr idyllisch und ruhig war und zeitgleich sehr zentral war. Leider gab es jedoch einige Punkte, die den Aufenthalt etwas getrĂŒbt haben. Es waren nur zwei große HandtĂŒcher vorhanden, was fĂŒr einen lĂ€ngeren Aufenthalt etwas knapp bemessen ist. Am Waschbecken gab es keine zusĂ€tzlichen HandtĂŒcher, was etwas unpraktisch war. Außerdem hat der Ablauf der Dusche nicht richtig funktioniert, sodass das Wasser ĂŒberlief, wenn man nicht darauf achtete. Hinzu kam, dass das Wasser in der Dusche nur lauwarm war, was den Komfort doch deutlich eingeschrĂ€nkt hat. Insgesamt also ein gemischter Eindruck: Einige Dinge waren wirklich gut, aber es gibt auch noch einiges an Verbesserungspotenzial.

Außergewöhnlich

Vielleicht war nicht alles perfekt, aber der Vermieter hat stets sofort geantwortet und sich sehr darum gekĂŒmmert, dass es uns gut geht. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung und liegt ideal, um ruhige NĂ€chte zu haben aber dennoch die Stadt mit dem Fahrrad erkunden zu können. Unser Auto haben wir auf der anderen Seite bei the Curve (NDSM) fĂŒr 50,-€ fĂŒr vier Tage abgestellt, sehr zu empfehlen

We had a wonderful stay. Host very responsive when we had questions. There is a bit of a step down to get in that could be a bit difficult for some. Loved sitting up on the deck in the evening. Great tapas restaurant nearby.

Unique experience located in a quiet and serene bay!

The eco houseboat was very much a great experience for my fiancée and I. Located at the front of the ship, it was exceptionally spacious, clean, had lovely amenities, and we especially liked how peaceful it was although it was still located quite centrally within Amsterdam. It was walking/biking distance away from the main commercial areas, picturesque canals, and many great attractions/restaurants. Arie was a great host and made everything straight-forward for us. If you have never tried living in an eco-houseboat, consider staying here!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, mal etwas anderes als in einem Hotel. Bei der Buchung dachten wir, wir hĂ€tten das Hausboot fĂŒr uns alleine, der Besitzer wohnt ebenfalls in diesem Hausboot. Das war aber weiter kein Problem, wir waren trotzdem fĂŒr uns. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas ausserhalb, aber wenn mal man die Verkehrsverbindungen kennt, kommt man vom Hautbahnhof ganz einfach dorthin. Mit dem Fahrrad in gut 5 min erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und mit der Übergabe hat es prima geklappt. Das Studio war mit allem nötigen eingerichtet und mit kleinen Details sehr hĂŒbsch gestaltet.

We had a great stay in a lovely space. We enjoyed seeing the rain & snow falling on the skylight above the bed. The ferry to NDSM is close by & parking/bike rental at IJdok convenient. I’d highly recommend this experience.

Schöne Unterkunft wie auf den Fotos liebevoll eingerichtet mit zum teil echten GrĂŒnpflanzen alles zusammen sehr stimmig .Relativ zentral Hauptbahnhof in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar grĂ¶ĂŸeres LebensmittelgeschĂ€ft ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Umgebung zu finden. Das Hausboot war die perfekte Unterkunft um unseren 30.Hochzeitstag zu einem besonderen Erlebnis zu machen.
