The House is located in the old town of Lezzeno at only 4 km from BELLAGIO, the most famous tourist village on Lake Como.
CLIMATEHOUSE (A ++)
The garden is private and guests could get some sunshine and relax in complete privacy. Position is unique, just in front of lake Como.
A public beach is also a walking distance.
Private Garage is included in the price.
Lovely house on 3 floors with stunning lake view.
GROUND FLOOR:
Kitchen (fully equipped)
and Sitting Room with TV.

FIRST FLOOR:

Bedroom (double bed 160 X 200) and bathroom

SECOND FLOOR:

Bedroom with lake view (two single beds 80x200)

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Check in time is between 3 to 7pm. It is important that you inform us of your estimated time of arrival a few days in advance by e-mail or by Air BnB message so we can arrange meet and greet services. If you do not advise us of late arrival at 3pm, we reserve the right to charge € 40 to cover late arrival costs, which will be deducted from your security deposit. Check-in IS PROHIBITED AFTER 10PM. CHECK OUT is prior to 10. 00am.

The house is located in the heart of the bus stop, bars, restaurants, shops and public beach.(All about 200 meters away)
It is 50m above the main road, this made the area very quiet, away from the traffic and noise of cars, motorcycles ...

Luxury San Rocco near Bellagio is less than 5 minutes walk from the top bus for Como or Bellagio, 10 minutes walk from the ferry port.
The boat rental pier is available close by (100m)
Water sports and canoa rental (700m)
It is a great place also for mountain walks.

TOURIST TAX
Please keep in mind that the municipality of Lezzeno charges a daily tourist tax of € 1 per person (children below 13 yrs of age exempt) for the first 7 days of your stay. This amount will be collected in CASH by at check in.

The service charge of € 50 and includes: linen, towels and final clean.
Baby cot and High Chair on request.

HEATING
€ 10 per day, please remember to turn it down when you aren't in.

Daniel and Eros were fabulous taking care of every detail. They didnt miss a thing and responded immediately. They are incredibly energetic and accommodating.The terrace is lovely and loved having a kayak as well.

Hidden gem on Lake Como

Dani greeted us by literally running ahead of us to help us find the property and garage (priceless to have safe easy parking). He had nespresso, water and Prosecco waiting for us. The home is very high quality and modern on the inside and full of Italian characteristics on the outside. The biggest highlight is the private garden directly on Lake Como. A market and several good restaurants are within walking distance which is wonderful because parking in Bellagio is terrible. We would highly recommend this property.

Can’t wait to come back!

Three of my girlfriends and I stayed here as part of a two week vacation and it was AMAZING! The location was perfect - quiet, quaint, close to a market & a few great restaurants, and only a quick ride away from Bellagio. The apartment was clean, a good size for four guests, updated in terms of appliances, and had gorgeous views on the top floor. The yard/patio was our favorite part where we spent most of our time just enjoying the views and lounging privately. Last and certainly not least - Eros and Dani (property management) were INCREDIBLE. They helped us make last minute reservations at the best dinner spots, book a boat tour on Lake Como, carried our incredibly heavy bags to and from our accommodations. They were attentive, checked in every day, and ensured that we were having a wonderful time. Thank you both so much!! See you next year, Eros & Dani ;)

World-Class Views of Lake Como and Great Home Too

We booked this home for the views and they did not disappoint. It was so nice having a private space to enjoy the glory of Lake Como. David and his brother were great hosts making sure we had everything we need. One thing to note is that there are a lot of stairs in the home and sharp hills/more stairs in the town of Lezzeno, so keep that in mind if that would be a challenge for you!
