This reverse level accommodation boasts three bedrooms; a ground floor super king-size double with en-suite shower room, a ground floor twin (zip/link can be double on request) and another twin (zip/link can be double on request), sleeping six people altogether. There is also a bathroom and a first floor open-plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting area, while outside is a balcony with furniture and off-road parking for one car. 7 Bolowthas Court offers a fabulous position for a fun-filled break in Newquay. Polite notice as the apartment block is made up of both holiday lets and residential flats, can we please ask guests to be mindful of noise levels during their stay and to be respectful of other residents. Please note: The Good Housekeeping Bond of £150.00 must be paid to the owners directly at least 14 days before your check in date. Please note: This property accepts a minimum of 4 night bookings Note: This property has a seven night minimum in July and August.
