Beautiful, newly-renovated apartment!
Mt husband, daughter and I were very pleased with our accommodations when we arrived in Florence. Ulrika was very professional, and took great pride in her beautiful property. She had told us earlier about avoiding the ZTL as we drove around Florence, and though we got a little confused at the very end, a phone call to her was all that we needed to arrive safely (and without a fine!) at the apartment.
The bedrooms were very clean and spacious with comfortable beds, though the fluffy duvets were a little too warm for us at that time of year. The kitchen easily met our needs, and the bathroom was modern with a nice bathtub and shower. The elevator was a great convenience with our luggage, too, as we were on the top floor.
The apartment is located across the river from the more "touristy" side, which we liked. It was fairly quiet and took between 5-10 minutes to walk to the Ponte Vecchio.
Overall, this apartment perfectly met our needs, and I would highly recommend it to others.
