El edificio se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie del famoso casino de Montecarlo, a 10 minutos a pie del Foro Grimaldi y de todas las tiendas que pueda necesitar están justo en la calle.
El estudio está muy bien amueblado con una nueva cama y colchón y está decorado en un ambiente cálido y jazzístico.
la cocina, inteligentemente escondida detrás de los espejos, está preparada para preparar desayunos y comidas informales ...
Cama Queen size 190cm X140cm con almohadas, sábanas y cubrecamas nuevas.
El baño está totalmente equipado (toallas nuevas, jabón, papel higiénico, secador de pelo ...) y una ducha con 2 formas diferentes de usarlo.

Been staying at Marty's place for years. Finally brought my wife and our son, and he made sure they felt just as welcome as I have over the years. Exceptional. There is a time when it changes from service to friendship, and Marty has made sure that he shows up almost like family. Best experience staying in Monaco in 16 years of visits. Perfect location, so well appointed, everything you could possibly need.

Lovely apartment in a good neighbourhood. Walking distance to all attractions in Monaco. Many restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores nearby. The host has many extras which make the stay very special; fresh roses, champagne, beer, tea, robes, slippers, snacks, lovely bath products. These little extras were very much appreciated!

Visit to Monte Carlo

The apartment is beautifully decorated and well stocked, nice touch to have water and snacks upon arrival. Very close proximity to the Casino Monte-Carlo and close enough to the marina and auto museum to walk. Also, an easy walk to the Rolex Masters 1000 tennis tournament at Monte-Carlo Country Club. Fantastic dinner of crispy duck at La Maison du Caviar, just a couple blocks away. Wonderful stay, highly recommend ☺️

Its location is perfect, within easy walking distance to all the major attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. The apartment itself is charming and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The balcony is a fantastic bonus, offering a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. Marty, our host, was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Parking was a breeze, with affordable options available right in the same building. Little gem in Beausoleil

Lovely studio apartment. The place is small but really well fitted out and there is a lovely terrace so plenty of space when the weather is good. It is about a 10 minute walk to Place du Casino, and there is a bakery, suoermarket and market nearby. Marty is so helpful - I left in a bit of a rush to get to the airport and left my laptop bag and chargers behind. Marty went through all the hassle of shipping them to me. He was also really helpful recommending restaurants etc.

Wonderful Beausoleil Apartment

In spent a little over a week at the apartment and it was everything I could of hoped for! I spent all of my days in Monte Carlo and this location was spot on for that purpose. Marty was a terrific host and accommodating in every manner, even having snacks and beverages there for his guests! I have already spoken with him when I checked out about renting from him again next year. Normally I do not submit reviews however I was compelled in this instance as Marty was simply, that good!

Perfect Stay Just Steps from Monaco

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this apartment, the perfect end to our trip through the south of France. Located just a few meters from Monaco, the apartment was ideally situated for exploring the area on foot. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, and everything we needed was within easy walking distance.The apartment felt like a beautiful boutique hotel suite with every detail thoughtfully considered. We loved the bathrobes, high-quality toiletries and cold drinks waiting in the fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept so well.The balcony was a real highlight, perfect for enjoying a glass of champagne in the evening and soaking in the atmosphere. We also loved starting our mornings with coffee and croissants from the charming bakery just across the street.Communication with the owner was excellent, very friendly and responsive. Parking in the underground garage was easy and convenient. We highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

A Beautiful Home away from Home

Well my first time in Monaco started off not ok because I got lost, but my host and his sister met me and welcomed me to the South of France. I was greeted with a warm friendly smile and kindness at my lack of sense of direction. The apt was in a perfect location. Quiet and away from the party life but close enough to everything. The apartment was truly beautiful and felt welcoming. It had all the amenities needed. I was greeted with a welcome basket and plenty of goodies that made me smile. I can’t wait to go back to Monaco and I would 100% recommend Marty’s apartment. He’s the best host and will go out of his way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Delightful Spot

This was a lovely place and one of the best appointed places I have stayed of any of the many I have visited in Europe. Marty was a tremendous host, and had not only a very generous fresh set of linens and bathroom necessities, but also a bottle of sparkling wine and a vase of fresh cut flowers- my wife was supposed to be joining and he’d arranged a lovely romantic setting- unfortunately she was unexpectedly called away for work, but Marty continued to help sort things out while I was there on my own. The apartment is very well put together, with a grand theme of vintage records available to listen to as you enjoy the cosy balcony, and a small kitchenette allowing any dining in you’d like as well. Hope to stay here again soon- this time WITH my wife!! Thanks Marty.

Best place around

I stay at that property endless times. If I give it a 10/10 you will think we are friends :) oh what the heck! 10/10 it is close to everything walking distance to the best Monaco has to offer the beach, the casino, stores, buses, train, best restaurants, club (dancing and beach club) you name it. I am a walker so it is paradise to me uh wait...it is paradis! What can I say about the host Marty is the best bare none. He goes above and beyond for his guests. This is the place to stay if you are visiting Monaco et les environs

Buona posizione per raggiungere le varie mete turistiche, a pochissimi metri il parcheggio Belle Epoque per lasciare l’auto. Comodissimo anche il negozio alimentati proprio sotto casa. Marty ci ha subito accolti molto calorosamente, gentilissimo. Nell’appartamento non mancava nulla, anzi! Ci ha fatto trovare alcuni snack ed alcune bibite già fresche che dopo un lunghissimo viaggio in auto sono state piacevolissime. Tutto perfetto, spero di tornare presto

Ein Juwel in Beausoleil

Ein sehr individuell eingerichtetes kleines Apartment, dem es an nichts mangelt. Für Liebhaber von Vinylschallplatten gibt es viel zu entdecken. Die Lage ist zentral und auf der Terrasse ist es trotzdem ruhig. Marty ist ein Schatz und wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

Better than advertised!

Marty welcomed us in front of the building with such kindness. Perfect location.... just directly outside is a shopping area with eateries, bakery and a grocery store. Also just steps away is Monaco and all the Luxury Hotels, Casino, Yacht Club and several Beach Clubs. It could not have been any easier! Marty was available for every question or need, he even stocked the fridge in the adorable kitchen with drinks, wine and snacks to ensure we had a great experience. The space is warm and comfortable for a single or couple... with a nice outdoor terrace for wine and snacks. Added bonus is the unit has a washer and dryer that really helped us out.

As usual everything was PERFECT! ..I would have loved to stay more than 2 weeks but duty calls

Its my home away from home! There is no where else I rather be when in south France. Everything is walking distance! (the food store, the daily market, the bakery (whispering MONACO) Everything at your doorstep.You have everything you need in the property to feel truly at home and yet on vacation.I know by writing this review I am letting the cat out of the bag but this is the place to stay if you this side of South of France!!!!

The best place ever!!

Marty is the most amazing host I’ve ever had experience with! He is amazing! The fresh flowers and bottle of champagne with chocolate and all the goodies in a kitchen and fridge- it was so amazing to have this romantic get away at his place! The Appartment is as on a pictures- 5 + star accommodations with everything you need in a room and bathroom! Everything looks exactly like on a pictures, location is the best-very few minutes to everything. I will definitely will return and highly recommend to anyone ❤️thank you Marty- we felt very special staying at your place ❤️🙌

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I currently stay with my girlfriend so my studio is most of the time available. I was using it more like a music lab when she advised me to rent it....So i pulled up my sleeves and made some renovation ( took me 2 months N/D ) and transformed it into a kind of a hotel suite with some personal touches. The rate may seem high but Vrbo does not cover collectible objects damages, and I have a collection of vinyl records as you can see in the pics. ( +500 records)
I tried to create a warm and jazzy ambiance so if you're a music lover this cosy "Suite" is definitely for you . Please feel free if you have a special request or If you're willing to come during a business event or a congress at Grimaldi Forum and you only need one night, i'll be happy to help you out.

The proximity...you can walk down the street and you're in Monte-Carlo area... "Le Carré d' Or".
Metropole shopping mall, Casino, Grimaldi Forum, The Harbor of Monaco where the Starting line is during the F1 Grand Prix...Everything is near by, and all the stores you may need are down the building. Very, very convenient. No car required!!!
