Rental ideally located in the most fashionable area of the city near Place du Pin on the top floor with elevator 2 steps from the sea and old Nice. Station of blue bikes and blue cars at the foot of the building. This 40 m2 crossing rental has a 20 m2 terrace and a 10 m2 balcony. It has been completely renovated and has reversible air conditioning. The fact of being on the top floor (6th floor) makes this rental very quiet and little affected by noise from the street.
