The Flat is situated at Kallithea a small friendly settlement, located on the Cretan Hills and only 10 minutes drive from the city of Heraklion!!!

Hello, My name is Alex and I am half Greek and half Italian. I grew up in both countries. My family and I always worked in the tourism business so your holidays and stay is our first priority. We know what HOSPITALITY means!!!
In the last 12 years, I work in the music industry mainly in Greece but also abroad! My work moved me in the city of Athens but don't worry about it on the first floor of the residence lives my family (Mother: Sofia - Father: Nikos - Sister: Elena) so they will be more than happy to help you with everything you need and to ensure that your stay will be remarkable!!!

Why they chose this property

This Piece of land was bought by my parents in 1992 to build our family house. The building was finished in 1993 but the flat is a brand new space ready & finished in April 2018!

What makes this property unique

The flat was built and finished to be my sister's future home so it is fully equipped for a long stay and of course you can freely call it HOME! We will be glad to help you and give you all the information you need on Crete. Suggestions about the restaurants and bars of the city and not only, Tips and spots of the island that not all the tourist guides and books show, the best beaches around the island and how to explore them, Information about the archeological sites, museums and more, boat trips & excursions over Crete and of course help you find a rent a car for renting a car or a bike of your choice. Renting a car on the island is the right choice for exploring it!

During your stay, if you want, we can be there for you and we’ll try our best to make your holiday a unique experience. In the end, this is what we call HOSPITALITY!

We try to offer all the comfort and privacy our guests need but at the same time, we are fully available to help! So… Welcome to our HOME!!!
