This attractive luxury apartment from 2019 with whirlpool and sauna is located in the middle of Søndervig. The apartment is located on one of the west coast's best grounds, in the first parquet, just 5 minutes from the beach. The decor is contemporary and modern with all the comfort you could wish for. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a nice view of the dune landscape from the balcony. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with shower and one with whirlpool. On the terrace you can enjoy the evening sun. The apartment is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping in Søndervig and only approx. 200 m from the beach, the North Sea, fitness and bowling center m.m. Free access to Søndervig's subtropical water park and activity cellar with i.a. billiards and table tennis. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr klein, sodass es schwierig war, das Babyreisebett unterzubringen. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung im 1.OGDachgeschoss und ist sehr schlecht gedämmt. Obwohl die Außentemperaturen OK waren, wurde die Wohnung unerträglich warm. Der fehlende Sonnenschutz am großen Fenster im Wohnzimmer hat seinen Teil dazu beigetragen. In den kühleren Jahreszeiten ist das sicher eine tolle Unterkunft. Der Ferienort und die Lage der Wohnung sind schön.
