Here, halfway between the lakes of Bolsena and Trasimeno, you could head towards the lush hills of Val D'Orcia or the volcanic pastures of Monte Amiata and its famous spa town, Chianciano. And you'll still have time to visit the world-famous cities of Orvieto and Perugia. Furthermore, the villa is strategically positioned to reach Arezzo, Montalcino and Montepulciano.

Even if you decide to stay at home, you can play ping pong or take advantage of Wi-Fi, PS4, Smart TV, getting bored will be really impossible.
Furthermore, you can reserve our fantastic chef Francesco to have fun with in our cooking school and preparing an authentic Tuscan dinner or an evening of pizza. With his help we organize informal cooking classes, full of fun, but in line with the most genuine culinary traditions.

The villa has 7 double bedrooms, extra-large beds, memory mattresses, Italian cotton linen, the bathrooms with taps by Italian designers all have large travertine showers and one has a romantic copper tub, 1 bedroom with two single beds for boys and a bathroom available for guests. The villa has rooms on the ground floor with exit to the garden, and on the first floor a large and comfortable living room with comfortable sofas. A nice small terrace offers moments of authentic relaxation. Surrounded by ancient oak trees but 5 minutes from the pretty village of San Casciano dei Bagni, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.

The garden surrounding the villa offers relaxing areas and the infinity pool is a real pleasure on Tuscan days when you come back from an ideal day out for a glass of wine by the pool.
The ancient walls offer freshness inside and the furnishings of peasant origin make the house cozy and homely, two beautiful pellet stoves offer the pleasure of fire in the first autumn evenings and in winter.

San Casciano dei Bagni is become more and more appreciated also for its site of an Etruscan and later Roman sanctuary currently still under excavation where archaeologists have recently announced the discovery of a nearly two-meter statue of Apollo Sauroctonos, the god depicted playing with a lizard. A sanctuary with a long history, dating back to the Etruscans.. The sanctuary was associated with water rituals, much like the thermal baths that visitors still frequent in this small Tuscan village. The sacred site was certainly in use until the 5th century CE. You can now visit the site and hopefully soon the museum.
