Kids, teenagers and adults will all find a place to play and relax in the various water features!

Great location – close to Snow Canyon and Tuachan and just 10 minutes from downtown St. George! Easy access to Archie Gubler Park – baseball fields, splash pad, basketball, sand volleyball and pickleball!

The Gathering Place sleeps 16 in comfortable beds, no air beds, futons or sofa beds. You will get a good night’s sleep!

All bedrooms have an adjoining private bathroom, premium blinds, blackout curtains and Dish TV with premium cable and streaming apps including Netflix.

Gather in the main living room and enjoy visiting or watching TV on the 65" screen.

Gather in the backyard to enjoy your own backyard hot tub away from the crowds and under the stars. Grill on the large gas BBQ and serve your outdoor meals with seating for 6.

Gather in the large upstairs family room. This is a kid's paradise! They can enjoy the climbing wall and sleep in the triple bunk beds. Sleeps 6. All can enjoy watching TV or playing X Box with online games while relaxing on the comfy reclining sofa, love seat and chair.
Gather on the 20’ by 20’ upstairs deck to sit by the gas fire pit and enjoy the spectacular red rock views.

Gather in the garage for a ping pong tournament.

Enjoy a well-supplied kitchen with service for 32, large cooking pots, griddles, Belgian waffle maker, etc. Plenty of cupboard and counter space along with oven, microwave, and large fridge makes meal preparation a breeze.

The laundry room not only has a full-size washer and dryer, but also 16 over-sized beach towels hang there for your use at the pool and private hot tub.

Enjoy the main floor Paris bedroom with a king size bed, private bath with dual sinks, walk-in shower and separate soaker tub.

Choose the upstairs Venice bedroom with a king size bed & private bath with dual sinks and shower.

Choose the Zion bedroom with king size bed & private bathroom with shower.

Beach lovers can choose the Cape Cod room with a queen bed and twin over twin bunk and private bath with shower and tub.

Total of 6 TVs: Two 65” and four 48” flat screen, all with Dish and streaming apps including Netflix.

Half bath on each level of the home in addition to the 4 full bathrooms.

High chair, pack 'n play and plenty of kid’s plates, cups etc.

A closet full of games for family fun.

A garage full of sports equipment including pickle-ball paddles & balls, soccer ball, basketball, volleyball etc.

Enjoy the local trails or a quick trip around the block or to the new Harmon's grocery store on a tandem bike or 2 scooters, plus a wagon for the kids to get the little ones to and from the pools.

The host did a great job answering questions and providing information about the place. Everything was as expected or better. One problem did occur in the upstairs bathroom one of our guest slipped and fell between the toilet and shower door. She sustained bad bruise and sore ribs. You might want to check on what is done to clean the floor and remove any residue from the cleaning products.

This really is a great gathering place for our adult children and grandchildren. Each bedroom has a full bath. Both floors also have a half-bath. The littles loved the air hockey table and the rock . The adults loved the hot tub and fire pit.

We loved staying at the “Gathering Place” all of the extras like the x-box, the ping pong table, the Children’s area on the top floor were very nice. We only have one suggestion and that is to put a parental lock on the sliding door in the upstairs play area. We have kids with short memories, and we had to keep on them to not open that balcony door when adults weren’t around. We would stay there again for sure

Perfect Weekend in St George

Our 13 year old son had a baseball tournament in St George, this property was perfect, close to the fields, restaurants, grocery, and only minutes away from I-15, beds were comfortable, plenty of linens, cook ware, towels for the pool, nice TV’s and WiFi availability. The private hot tub is icing on the cake! Look forward to our next visit.

This house was perfect for our family . We will definitely stay here again. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook. Water park was within walking distance however, the little ones were to tired after swimming and playing in the sun to walk back.

Trip to St George

This stay was amazing. Everything so organized and easy to follow. Perfect place to stay with plenty of room and very clean. Had everything we could ask for. We had a great time. At the end we left, but our grandson realized he had left his toy at the house. The owner programmed the lock to let us back in and get the toy. That was so nice when they didn’t have to do that! Thanks for the stay.

Together they are opening two Crumbl Cookie franchises in northern California. They love to travel and stay in fun places. They have had a great time designing The Gathering Place to be a vacation they, their family, and you, their guest can enjoy!

Why they chose this property

Life is wonderful in the St George area! We love to swim, hike, go to plays at Tuachan, wake surf at Sand Hollow, ride a side by side through new terrain or take a day trip to Zions National Park. The Gathering Place is the perfect place for family and friends to relax, reconnect and recharge before returning to daily life.

What makes this property unique

We love the way the space is laid out. Each bedroom has it's own upscale bathroom. There is a big gathering place on the main floor for adults to relax while the kids play upstairs in over 800 square feet of indoor and outdoor play space. We have a climbing wall for the little ones, ping pong for vacation long tournaments and X Box with online games for the kids (and their dads). The hot tub on the back patio is a great place to enjoy the stars after the kids are in bed and nothing is better than a sunset on the upper deck next to the blazing fire pit!
