LIVING & DINING AREA
Eclectic artwork and velvet soft furnishings instantly bring a soulful vibe to the living area which retains elements of classic Parisian design, featuring double French doors and parquet floors. The stylish lounge invites you to relax around the TV with its cream corner sofa, armchairs, glass coffee table and geometric rug. Crittal windows provide a birds-eye view of the kitchen from the dining area, deftly lit by an Anglepoise lamp and hosting a circular wood table and chairs.

KITCHEN
Maintaining the contemporary mood with its midnight grey units and framed artwork, the intelligently zoned kitchen includes all amenities for your stay, including a washing machine and dryer. A small breakfast bar by the window also offers an additional outlet for informal dining.

BEDROOM
Accessed through the living room, the principal bedroom has a light and spacious feel courtesy of French doors out to a Juliet balcony. Soothing in shades of lavender, it offers a reposeful double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe, while a geometric rug brings a touch of monochrome. Delicate hand-drawn illustrations above the bed further embellish this apartment’s artistic instincts.

BATHROOM

Awesome flat in the Bastille area!

This was a great 4th floor flat in the Bastille area! The pics are accurate and the place was sparklingly clean. Evidently, the owner is either an artist or a collector of art, and it lends a uniqueness to the flat that we loved. Our goal was to find a place to stay for a week where we could "feel like a Parisian" and this place fit the bill. Hightly recommend!

This apartment is BEAUTIFUL

I was here for the Olympics and wanted a place that let me feel like I was in Paris... not a hotel. This apartment is just as beautiful as it appears in the posting. It was convenient tp grocery stores, restaurants and subway lines. The kitchen was fully equipped and I loved cooking in it. It was a perfect experience.

The property was beautifully appointed with great furnishings and art. The heat wave was a challenge, as sleeping with windows open in the city is its own challenge. We were grateful for the one fan provided. I'm sure in cooler months it would not have been an issue. The apartment was clean (though there were a few crumbs left under the cutting board). The house instructions were clear, and the person who met us and let us in was very friendly and helpful.

Best neighborhood in Paris

I loved staying in this apartment so much! I felt like I lived in Paris. There was a grocery store close by, great restaurants, and friendly residents living in the building. There were a few metro stops near by that made getting around Paris very easy. This was my third time in Paris, and I was also working remotely during this trip. You are certainly a little further from the typical landmarks tourists come to see, but I was so glad I got to experience a different neighborhood in Paris full of locals. The wifi was great and the dining table functioned perfectly to complete my work. I would highly recommend this apartment.
