Quelah Condo 106, Best Views of Lake Aspen, Air-Conditioned!

Quelah Condo 106 is an end-unit, single level condo located in the Quelah Condo Complex. Quelah Condo106 is situated front and center, and have the best unobstructed views of Lake Aspen and Mt. Bachelor. The Quelah Condos are centrally located off of Circle 3 and are very close to the Sunriver Horse Stables, the Marina, and the Holas' restaurant.
The master bedroom is well appointed with a king bed and mango wood furnishings. The second bedroom has a king bed and a single bed. The living room is beautifully furnished with leather and mango wood. New bathroom floors and showers stalls have been upgraded. The condo has wood flooring in the main room, kitchen, and living room area. Both bedrooms are carpeted.
Enjoy central air-conditioning, a gas fireplace, electric Jenn-air range, and a big Weber BBQ gas grill.
We have covered parking and a space for a second vehicle. No Pets and "No Smoking" please.
The complex has three private tennis and pickle ball courts, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, and a kid's pool.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you lose any keys, you will be charged $35.00 per key. This charge will be subtracted off of your deposit.
Please bring your own pool towels and toiletries.
Please keep premises and property in good order. Carpet stains will be the renter’s responsibility and cleaning will be taken out from the deposits.

This is our home away from home and 7th year to stay. The view is amazing with Trumpet Swans and youngsters at Aspen Lake can be seen fron the back deck. The condo has AC washer/dryer and all the things you need to prepare a meal and seating for 6. Beds are very comfy; quiet and has a private pool and hottub. A great vacation destination.

Perfect Sunriver Location

Absolutely loved our stay

We come to Sunriver every year and this is our new favorite place to stay. We really enjoyed the ease of access to the pool. We have a 3 year old and it made it very easy to quickly take her to the pool multiple times a day without any crowds.
