A stunning home in this private condominium with panoramic ocean views and private Pool. Built and fitted to a very high standard, the villa enjoys an envious location ... a short walk from the beach and close to the town of Lourinhã with all its amenities - this is an ideal Portugal Silver Coast holiday rental home for a relaxing or activity filled holiday.
The villa is designed to have the living room & kitchen on the top level to take advantage of the stunning sea views. The large picture windows flood the house with light at all levels and the open plan living, dining & kitchen are no exception. The kitchen is a fully equipped modern designer kitchen from where large picture windows open to a terrace and the ocean view beyond.
On the mid level, there are three beautifully decorated bedrooms with their own marble bathrooms and fitted cupboards.This level opens to the pool & terrace.
On the ground floor there is a fourth double bedroom with large ensuite bathroom and storage area.
There is Free Wifi, Smart TV, Personal heated pool and Air conditioning.
