Not old and value for money, but dirty and broken

Dirty, in disrepair, health and safety issues. Bare minimum in way of extras for self catering and no care given for the customer experience. To pay ÂŁ30 for my dog and told to keep him off the furnishings was just an insult considering the furnishings.

Great budget caravan stay

Really clean property in fenced location. External pictures wrong, there is no grass or outside seating. There is a picnic bench. Space to park two cars. Keys in secure box by caravan door. Caravan beautifully clean. Steep steps into caravan. Basic caravan contents. Mattresses typical of caravan ie you can feel the springs. Duvets and pillows provided. Bring your own bedding, towels, soap, teatowels, toilet roll etc. There is a well stocked Tescos about 0.7miles along flat road. Its worth taking eye masks and ear plugs in case you get noisy neighbours. Ours were very quiet. Great location, just out of town so quieter. Few mins walk to promenade and beach. If its hot do take fans as the caravan gets very hot. Any questions or problems are resolved immediately and efficiently. We just used the email. There is good EE phone coverage. O2 isnt very good - ok for calls but not download. No wifi provided. All very good for a budget caravan stay.

my overall revue of the property was extremely dissapointing the place was very cold the gas fire in the lounge did not work properly no heat in the bedrooms the bed was very small and extremely uncomfortable the cooking facilities were very poor we were just so utterly devasted by it all got vertually no sleep for 3nights we went home on the tuesday would not recomend the place to anyone

IDEAL BEACH LOCATION

Great caravan for getting onto the beach with the dogs in 30 seconds.. Homely with all amenities; ideal for exploring Hunstanton.

Not clean at all

Was quite disappointed with the caravan park. Altogether the people we did see were friendly there was absolutely nothing in the park- no shop, no food, no entertainment. The caravan itself was dirty with dog hair everywhere and generally grimy. ALL the plates were dirty and I even found a BOGY smeared on one of the plates- after that I just felt sick the whole time. Very dangerous in these days of Covid. The single beds were fine and the kids slept well but me and hubby ended up on the sofas the 2nd night due to the uncomfortable double bed- that mattress is definitely older than I am. This caravan park need to put a bit of money into it in order to keep going.

Nice weekend

Very nice weekend that didnt break the bank. Under a minute to walk to the beach and a great spot to catch the sunset in the evenings. Managers were helpful. Caravan was a little tired and new mattresses are really needed.

My caravan at Lees

It was just right for.myself and my teenage grandsons. I was delighted there was a little en suite toilet in my bedroom. The beach was a short walk across the road, a cafe within waking distance and a shop nearby too, not having a car was no handicap at all. I enjoyed the welcome break last summer.

Hunstanton in October

Unfortunately for us the weather during our stay was cold, windy and wet. On the plus side the caravan was warm and comfortable, nicely laid out with plenty of space. The site is small and friendly and we enjoyed our time there.

Short stay away

The caravan was lovely, clean and well equipped with everything neeeded for a short break. The little ensuite was a great bonus, we, and our two dogs enjoyed our stay.
