This was a great place for our family of 12.The position of the house was brilliant. The weather was superb and so lots to do every day. Supermarket was close by and we got a big delivery on the first day.

This is the 2nd time we have been. The house is clean and tidy. Our family love to have time to spend together and this house is ideal. There are 7 adults and 5 children with an age range from 4 to 90 years. Everything from shops, amusements, funfair, beach are all within easy walking distance.

Perfect location, as advertised. Plenty of room for a large get together of 10 people. Lots on offer in the the house, entertainment etc. Do think overall the bathrooms will need some attention shortly. Adequate for now though. Would recommend a try. Good value. Would use again.

This property was ideal for our family break, age range from 3 to 67. All the facilities you need and a lovely garden with ample parking for 4 cars. So close to all the amenities of Hunstanton, we didn't need to use our cars all weekend. We would stay again and reccomend.

Wonderful house in a brilliant location.Lovely park and ice cream parlour across the road and access to the beach.Also just a few minutes walk into town centre.There were 12 of us for a family celebration, but as the house is so well laid out and spacious there is plenty of room to not feel cramped.Lots of lovely features around the house,especially the balcony bedroom.The garden is very safe for children as it is encloesdVery simple check in and out process and easy to contact hosts.

The property was much bigger than it looked in the photos, and the pool table was great bonus. Excellent location, even Saturday parkrun is just across the road. All rooms are good size, only issue was some of the street lights and neighbours security lights were very bright and was difficult to block out in some bedrooms at night. But all in all very good stay, would definitely come back.

Fabulous house - ideal for 3 generations celebrating an 80th birthday. Plenty of equipment and HUGE rooms. It meant those who didn’t want to watch football or tennis could use the other living room. Also bath towels were big - proper adult size!!Some food had been left in the fridge which we had to clear and the outside bin hadn’t been collected but was sorted by the very apologetic owner ( who also gave me a bottle of fizz to compensate!). Overall a great week, helped by the wall to wall sunshine. The nearby ice creams were very welcome. Had a lovely meal at Chives, just 5 minutes away. Would definitely come again.

Beautiful property walking distance to everything, had an amazing weekend.

Easy to find with clear directions of how to get in, lovely house, immaculately clean but also felt very homely considering how big it is. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful holiday in Hunstanton. This is a lovely property in an excellent location. Lots of space for 3 families (6 adults and 6 children). It was great to have separate living areas and the pool table was a big hit especially in February when the weather was a bit iffy. The house is in a peaceful location with the ocean and shops a few mins walk away.The kitchen was well equipped with lots of plates and crockery for 12 and clean and tidy for our arrival. We would love to visit again!
