The kitchen is new complete with all the equipment to treat food, in addition to the classic Moka coffee machine, an electric one with pods is supplied which, as is well received, is offered a number for the occupants' breakfasts.
Upon arrival, besides the wafers for welcome coffee, some bottles of water, a liter of milk, a bottle of wine, a stick of butter, some jams and a packet of bread for breakfast are offered for free.
The house has a kitchen with all facilities (high oven, microwave, etc.) with air conditioning only in the living area, and with ceiling blades for ventilation inside the rooms.
