Situated at the top of Rua do Farol, this single-storey villa enjoys an excellent location within easy walking distance of beaches, restaurants, shops, and bars, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing Algarve holiday without the need for a car.



Surrounded by mature gardens, the villa offers privacy, generous outdoor space, and a wonderful setting for families or groups. The private heated swimming pool is complemented by a large sun terrace with loungers for lazy days in the sunshine, while the outdoor dining area and BBQ create the perfect space for al fresco meals with family and friends. Stairs lead to a rooftop terrace where guests can enjoy superb sea views and beautiful Algarve sunsets.



The property is accessed through private gates and benefits from a spacious driveway with parking for several vehicles. Inside, the villa is bright, comfortable, and designed for easy holiday living.
