Located down a cul de sac, set in a beautiful mature country garden boasting numerous shrubs and flowers, Villa Primavera is a secluded and peaceful haven. Situated on a cliff the villa is 150 meters from the sea and offers views of the ocean from the big shaded patio areas.
The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lounge and dining room open onto the patio area, perfect for meals facing the ocean!
Great location: the villa is 500 meters from the Centianes beach, 1 km from the picturesque fishing village of Carvoeiro, set in a peaceful area yet close to all amenities (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, various shops).
The villa's exceptional location and surroundings will allow you to choose to simply relax at the villa or take advantage of the numerous activities available in the near vicinity. A wide range of these can be reached without having to drive.

The villa has its owns private closed garden of 1 700 m2 (18 300 ft2).

We have discovered Portugal more than 30 years ago and immediately felt in loved with this country and Portuguese people. We now know quite well Algarve and its treasures, such as the other regions of the country for having worked and travelled through almost whole of them.
We remain at your full disposal to share our knowledge and experience, and help you to organize a pleasant stay and visit, in this beautiful and captivating country.

Amazing family vacation

Our family of four had fantastic time staying at the villa - the property itself is gorgeous, with a great garden and an excellent pool. Location is super convenient, close to the village of Carvoeiro and just steps away from all the beaches. We absolutely loved it!!

Perfect villa for our stay in Carvoeiro

We had a family wedding in the Tivoli hotel nearby, and this villa was just perfect for our group of six people, including two teenage children. Access and parking are super easy, the gardens are wonderful, there is a great covered patio with table and chairs (where we spent much of the day actually), the swimming pool is an excellent size, with views out to sea, and a very nice walk in either direction to the beaches, restaurants, shops or just to enjoy relaxed hikes along the coastal path. Inside we found the villa to be very spacious and comfortable, with a large living room / dining room to spend time as a family, good-sized bedrooms (one with en-suite) and two full bathrooms overall, plus a good kitchen to prepare meals and drinks. Absolutely wonderful stay for us in Carvoeiro, and this villa was perfect for us - we stayed a week, and could easily have stayed much longer if our time allowed! Peter

Stepping back in time

If you are looking for an old villa that is in need of updating then this is the quirky, tired place for you. The owners were quick to respond to the plumbing & drain problems, the new gas tank required on arrival . Replacement sunbed covers & the 2 broken chairs were sespped in our final week ( of our month stay) , the other numerous issues we found within the property we were assured would be dealt with in the future when the large villa next door they are building is finished ! With the huge choice of more modern villas to choose from in Carveiro we would recommend waiting until this one is given some much needed TLC . The location & pool are definately it's USP but sadly not enough for us to return. NB. The land mentioned in the property details that you can walk across to get to the beach & clifftop is now unaccessible due to new building works.

A case of ‘buyer beware’…and here’s why…

The property is sold as being on a protected piece of land with fantastic sea views and the Google Earth image shows no buildings on the land, however this is inaccurate as the image is old and there is now a large new villa on this protected land (built by the host). One or maybe two of the photos showed the corner of a building but not in any way what has been built. So, no open views to the sea, just a corridor view from the terrace, and in no way could it be described as fantastic. Add to this that there is no heating apart from an open fire in the lounge and all our clothes and the beds felt damp the entire time. The owner said this was due to a storm hitting Portugal, but our letting was from 13 October and the storm came on 19/20th. I have rated the cleanliness at 3 as we stayed for 10 days and the bedding was never changed (despite our having asked on day 8 if we should have had clean sheets). As there is no dishwasher two tea towels seemed very meagre and we had to ask on day 8 if the 2 tea towels which were now very dirty could be changed and also if we could have clean towels and of course asked about the sheets but as I have said that never happened.. Clean tea towels and towels arrived on day 9 (but no fresh towel for the 2 year old). Added to all this the sheets were very worn and old, with the bottom sheets having become rough and pilled. I have raised all these matters with the owner immediately we left following our stay but to no avail and VRBO said we should have contacted immediately during our stay, although I am not sure what they could have done. A learning point for me - complain immediately! Perhaps I am expecting too much but for over €200 a night in late October I don’t think so. Following my complaint the host has said he will be reviewing the property description but too late for us.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, Stadt und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Eigener Pool ist herrlich. Inneneinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Beleuchtung am Pool bzw vom Parkplatz zum Haus wäre sinnvoll. Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Ansprechpartner vor Ort sehr angenehm.

Top: ein wirklich sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren als Familie zwei Wochen in der Villa Primavera in Carveiro. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und sehr schön und voll umfänglich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit einem Gasherd ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man als Selbstversorger so braucht. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind herausragend.. Sehr schön ein gewachsen, weil die Villa schon einige Jahre gesehen hat, aber gerade deswegen sehr schön und man hat seine Ruhe. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und reicht aus für eine kühle Erholung nach den zahlreichen Ausflügen in der wunderschönen Umgebung der Algarve. Von der Planung über die Anreise bis hin zur Betreuung vor Ort war die Kommunikation zur Agentur wirklich extrem gut. Sowas hab ich selten erlebt. Zweimal die Woche wird das Haus durch eine Zuge Frau, die in der Nähe wohnt, gereinigt und einmal die Woche das Bettzeug und die Handtücher gewechselt. Ein echter Pluspunkt. Nur zur Umgebung. Die Algarve ist natürlich wunderschön. Die Strände, die Felsenlandschaften, aber auch das Hinterland mit seiner Ursprünglichkeit sind sehr sehr sehenswert. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht und haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und sind immer wieder gerne am Abend zurückgekommen. Vielen Dank an Magui für die tolle Betreuung. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne zurück.

Landhaus mit eigenem Charme, fußläufig zur Küste

Unsere Stimmung war zunächst getrübt, da wir nicht wussten, dass direkt nebem dem Haus ein Neubau entstanden ist, der den Blick auf das Meer fast vollständig verstellt. Auf google maps und auch der uns zugesendeten Wegbeschreibung ist der Neubau noch nicht zu sehen, so dass der Eindruck entsteht, das angrenzende Grundstück sei unbebaut und dadurch auch der Blick zum Meer frei. Auf den Fotos war dies für uns nicht eindeutig zu erkennen. Das Haus hat seinen Charme, wir fanden es schön und nach anfänglichem Lüften fühlten wir uns dort wohl. Der Pool ist schön und dort auch der Gartenbereich. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, alles war sauber. Mit dem Auto konnten wir viele Ausflüge zu verschiedensten Buchten in der Nähe machen und der Ort Carvoeiro ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus hat eine super Lage, sehr zentral und doch ruhig und abgeschieden. Nebenan wird noch ein neues Haus durch die Eigentümer gebaut aber das stört nicht, nimmt evtl minimal die Sicht aber ist, wie gesagt, nicht störend. Der Garten ist toll zum spielen und der Pool groß und für die Kids ideal. Zum Meer ist es nicht weit und zu Fuß ist ein super schöner Strand erreichbar, mit dem Auto natürlich ganz ganz viele wunderschöne Strände :) das Haus selbst ist sauber, die Küche groß, Kühlschrank Gefrierschrank alles vorhanden. Eine Durchlauf-Kaffeemaschine. Eine Waschmaschine. Es gibt allerlei Spielzeug von den Besuchern davor. Die Schlafzimmer sind sauber und auch die Schränke hris genug. Die Maid kam 2 Mal in 10 Tagen und hat geputzt und die Betten neu gemacht als wir am Strand waren. Alles in allem toll und unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen:)

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine de vacances reposante dans cette maison spacieuse, très bien équipée et bien située. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse abritée pour les repas et de la piscine très bien entretenue pour nous détendre. La propriétaire et tous les gens de maison sont très gentils et discrets. Un vrai plaisir, très bien située pour rayonner en Algarve et profiter des plages avoisinantes. À louer sans hésiter 😉

Perfect Spot

Just returned from a fab week at Vale De Covo and have to say it was the perfect spot for a relaxing family holiday. The location is great, a short walk into the town for some great restaurants, bars and shops. The beaches are great and only 5 mins walk away, however it was a job to get the kids (and me) out of the pool to visit them. Cliff top walks with great views on the doorstep. All in all a great family holiday. Will definitely be returning!

Great location

On the whole we enjoyed our stay , the pool was a great size and the gardens were well kept and beautifully maintained .The villa as explained is an old building and could probably do with updating we have stayed in Portugal a lot over the years but never in the summer months so found the lack of air conditioning a real problem nights were hard to bare, the outdoor furniture could do with replacing it’s getting tired , and the kettle would benefit to be full size instead of travel size so it would serve 6 people . On the whole a great location with only a short walk into town if the air con wasn’t an issue we would definitely stay again.
