It is ideal for families and groups of friends as it has capacity for 10 people, with 5 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy lounge, fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool, sunbathing area, barbecue, different spaces to rest, lunch or simply enjoy the environment, parking area and basketball court and petancas. All surrounded by vegetation, fruit trees, in an idyllic setting where you breathe tranquility.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a nice lounge, terrace and area for sunbathing or breakfast by the pool, barbecue, fridge, microwave, washing machine, hairdryer, sheets and shower towels, travel cot and highchair, Internet fibre, work area, parking space for several cars inside the house, basketball court and petancas and much more.

Weekly maintenance of the pool and garden is carried out on Thursdays. Staff will only work in outdoor areas and will not enter the property.

Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.
