The host was late in providing the address we where asked to text at arrival, then when baggage was delivered, then at leaving the airport, finally we contacted the office and texted the adress. As we had left the aiport in two cars we were left with coordinating, not the best start. He forgot to leave the second set of keys, and the late to return with the keys, leading to have to wait for them untill noon the following day. The Apartment is vey worn, tirn pillows broken blinds, chipped paint doors not working well, the list is long.

You had one set of keys, and we even organised a second one for you during your stay — so it’s difficult for us to understand your comment about having to wait. Regarding the property itself, we have consistently received excellent reviews across various platforms. You are the first guest to raise such complaints, and what's even more surprising is that no issues were brought to our attention while you were at the property. To leave such a negative review only after your stay — without giving us any opportunity to assist or improve things during your time here — feels very sneaky and disappointing. Beautiful place! Perfect for our large family. Very thoughtful touches with snacks waiting for us when we got in super late. Diego and his wife were awesome and so gracious!! The location was perfect! Very easy to find and so close to the beach. The grounds and the pools were beautiful. We will have to come back when it is warmer! The only thing that could have been better is if the hot tub would have worked. As soon as it got turned on, it would make the power in the house go out. After about 3 hours and the power going out about 12 times we gave up. We picked this unit primarily for the hot tub since we knew it was going to be too cold for the pools or ocean and we had lots of excited kids and adults to use it, but besides that, it couldn’t have been better!

We staying at this 3 story apartment in October for 3 nights This is a beautiful home with everything you need And spotless even provide beach towels for you! it’s close to the beach it would be nice to have a supermarket closer its about a 3 minute walk! Although not a problem if you had a car!! Hosts were there to greet us and very very friendly. We would definitely stay here again Thankyou so much

Smakfullt nyrenoverad och välutrustad lägenhet i 3 plan med bubbelpool på takterass med underbar utsikt. Lägenhetsområde nära havet med 2 poolområden med separata barnpooler. Tillhörande välskött stor trädgård. Flera restauranger på promenadavstånd.
