Fantastic villa with private pool and space for 6 people, located on the outskirts of S'Alqueria Blanca, Santanyí.
This wonderful villa has the beach only 1.8 km away, but our guests barely want to get out of here! And just imagine how great it is to be able to spend the days swimming quietly in the private chlorine pool -8 x 4 m and with a depth of 0.9 to 2 m-, sunbathing on the 7 sun loungers or preparing delicious barbecues tasted under the porch. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors.
Upon entering the house, there is a fantastic and traditional kitchen, living-dining room, perfect to cook on the gas hob, eat all together and watch satellite TV at the same time if you want to. Then you have three dormitories, two of them with two twin beds and the other one with a double bed. Two of the bedrooms have wardrobe. There is also availability for a cot and a high-chair as well as for 4 fans. Ultimately, there are two bathrooms, one with bathtub that serves all the accommodation and another one with shower next to the pool. In one of these bathrooms, you will find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board.
S’Alqueria Blanca is a small town, belonging to Santanyí, really close to the coast. The property is located at about 3.3 km from the village and at only 1.8 km from one of the most beautiful bays of the island, Cala Mondragó. There is also the protected Parque Natural de Mondragó that certainly deserves an excursion or, at least, a pleasant walk. The golf course is also at only 7 km away, the Golf Platz Cala d’Or.
