The house, with 130 m² spread over two floors, offers three bedrooms: one on the ground floor with two single beds, and two on the first floor, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a pull-out bed. There are two bathrooms serving the whole house, one with a shower on the ground floor and one with a bathtub on the first floor. A cot and high chair are available. The living room–kitchen–dining area is very cosy and features two sofas, a small table, satellite TV, and a dining table with chairs. The gas kitchen, located in the same space, is fully equipped for comfortable cooking. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Porto Colom is a lovely tourist area on the east coast of Mallorca. It offers a wide variety of sandy beaches and nearby coves that preserve the traditional seafaring atmosphere of this part of the island. Its bay still has small llaütets (traditional Mallorcan boats) and fishing boats that go out to sea every morning.
