Charmant petit appartement dans le cƓur antique de la Florence mĂ©diĂ©vale, entre la Via Tornabuoni, la Piazza della Signoria et le Ponte Vecchio. RĂ©novĂ©, trĂšs accueillant et calme, situĂ© au 1er Ă©tage, donnant sur deux cours intĂ©rieures (casa torre). les anciens murs la rendent fraĂźche en Ă©tĂ© et chaude en hiver. Cependant, il dispose de la climatisation, du chauffage et de la tĂ©lĂ©vision.
Il est composĂ© d'un salon avec canapĂ©, d'une table en cristal pouvant ĂȘtre ouverte et d'une chambre double.
La kitchenette n'est pas ouverte à la vue et est équipée de tous les équipements de cuisine, de 3 feux à gaz, d'un petit four, d'un réfrigérateur et d'un grille-pain.
La salle de bain a une fenĂȘtre avec douche et machine Ă  laver.

Run, dont walk to this Incredible property

This apartment has it all, everything you need while visiting Florence. Tiziana is such an amazing host, allowing us to arrive a day later than planned due to inclement weather in Siena the night prior. But back to this incredibly located property...........in the high end, retail shopping district right downtown and minutes away from the bridge over the Ponte Vecchio. Great A/C units (two) and wonderful water pressure and a wash machine right in the unit. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, cozy for two people and a comfortable bed as well. Wifi was great also !

Good location

The good - location is amazing and there’s air conditioning along w a washer The bad- the host is not very accommodating - felt like I was speaking to a robot- I stayed at about 10 different accommodations during my euro trip and no exaggeration every single one of them allowed us early bag drop off and bag storage post check out. It’s called hospitality business for a reason and this host just wasn’t that she refused to allow either of those things to happen and suggested we pay for locker storage if we needed to put our bags outside of the listed hours on the listing. I would have definitely booked another stay if I’d known this. To be fair I did ask all my other host prior to cancellation window about luggage storage and this one slipped through the cracks since it’s the only one I booked on vrbo vs other sites It was also very small apartment bruised my leg a few times from the crammed bed bathroom situation. Loud in the morning bc the construction I guess next door. It’s naturally very humid so your washed clothing will take days to dry- gets muggy. Dark and dungy didn’t love it for other than the location. Also didn’t love the fact that the host required us to remove our trash- other stays in Italy didn’t require this- kind of annoying to have to figure out where to throw our trash when trying to check out- would expect this to be handled since we paid a cleaning fee. Not the worst but not the best- Not really sure if I’d recommend

October in Florence

Our stay at Tiziana's property couldn't have been better. The apartment was clean and perfectly located. The amenities provided exceeded what was listed. Tiziana's communications with us were timely and clear. She worked to make the listing available to us earlier than required, as we arrived sooner than expected. After checking in, she contacted us regularly to see we needed anything to improve our stay. We would recommend her property to anyone wanting to experience the beautiful city of Florence.

Perfect apt in freieze

Center of town to everything in florence. Do not need a car nowhere to park and with this apt no need. Washing machine is a plus because we have been traveling for a month.tziana was attentive to our questions and provided info when needed. Know there are steps to get to the apt. Not wheelchair accessible. Have fun the owner is wonderful the apt is lovely. I would stay there again.

Exactly as shown in pictures. Very cute apartment. Excellent location very close to all the main sights. The best aircon in any apartment I’ve ever stayed at and it was well used as it was 36 degrees plus. Didn’t meet the host but excellent communication sent re directions. Would stay again

Perfect Spot to Stay in Florence

Tiziana was a wonderful and helpful and attentive host. She was also very accommodating and allowed me to check out at noon which was so helpful. Her place is wonderfully situated for exploring Florence and is extremely well appointed with everything I needed including extra adapters. I would definitely love to stay here in a return visit to Florence.

The perfect place to stay in Florence

Our stay in Florence was very pleasant thanks to Tiziana! We were very comfortable and her apartment is close to everything. We were able to walk everywhere, including the train station. Tiziana was very responsive to any questions we had. She made us feel at home. I recommend staying here when in Florence.

Great Location!

This studio apartment fit all my needs. It was the perfect size for one or two people and I appreciated the modern style of the kitchen and bathroom. It was very clean and well thought out. Tiziana, the host, was a pleasure to deal with. Though I wasn’t able to meet her in person due to circumstances beyond her control, she checked in constantly to assure everything was going well. The air conditioning worked extremely well and I was so thankful for that as we had some very hot days. The location was within walking distance of most everything you would want to see. I would definitely consider staying her again.

Great location, close to everything

Tiziana was friendly, and very helpful, particularly by allowing us to drop off our bags early, so we could go out for lunch, while the place was being cleaned. The apartment was well equipped, and well decorated with beautiful paintings. She had good recommendations for local spots. Neighborhood was great for food and being close to Uffizi, the Academie (David) and other beautiful architectural wonders, including the Ponte Vecchia. Perfect spot for our visit.

Friendly host, excellent location, and helpful directions with check in process. Lots of stairs to get to apartment so not recommended for elderly or those with bad joints. Pack lightly if staying here.

Great Florence Apartment

I have stayed at Tiziana’s beautiful VRBO rental many times. The location is great; a lovely walk to wherever you want to go in Florence. The apartment is beautifully styled with special, original art, as well as with stylish flourishes throughout. Communication is clear and easy. This is a great place to stay and enjoy time in Florence.

Great place, great locTion

Great find! Owner met us as we arrived and was lovely. Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our short stay. Location was close to Uffizi and a bit out of the craziness of the Central area. We enjoyed walking over Santa Trinita bridge to find dinner, listening to a variety of musicians in the little square around the corner, walking to the major sites. Washing machine was a plus (no dryer). Many thank yous to our hostess!

In the heart of Florence

Excellent location in an upscale area. The host is very responsive and actually arranged for my wife and I to be picked up at the train station. The apartment is lovely, well equipped and very quiet. The shower will be tight if you have a large stature, however it was fine for my wife and I. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the apartment! Excellent value.

Wedding anniversary in Florence

Tiziana's cozy apartment is very central in the old city, a pleasant 5 minute stroll from any of the 3 main piazzas, Ponte Veccio and all the sights, markets and restaurants you will want to visit. Very well equipped and peaceful, it has everything you will need and also has A/C. Without doubt Tiziana is a super host - great communication, hints and tips for access and travel from the airport and also further info at the flat. Very accommodating. Florence is a joy, so much culture, art and history and the old city is easy to navigate, very clean, amazing food. Such a variety of different nightlife experiences including a free professional performance of excerpts from Figaro outside the Palazzo Vecchio!

Cute Apartment, Very Central!

The apartment was charming, clean, and comfortable. It had all the basics we needed for a short stay. The shower is a little bit small. I'm petite, and did not have any issues. However, for a taller person it may be challenging. The apartment had a short Frequently Asked Question booklet, which was very helpful. The location is very central. Many restaurants and retail vendors all around. We could walk to the museums, duomo, and Ponte Vecchio in about 15-20 minutes. The Santa Maria Novella train station was a 12 minute walk. Tiziana was a great communicator and quick to respond if we had any questions. We loved our stay. We would definitely stay again!
