Quiet apartment for max 5 people located in the historic center of Florence, 5 minutes walking to Ponte Vecchio, in an authentic Florentine area, called 'Oltrarno'. 15 minutes walking from Uffizi and Duomo The apartment is on the 2nd floor, No Elevator (40 steps), and it is made up of a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedrooms, with double bed, bathroom (with tub a shower fixture), a large and full of light living room with a double size sofa bed and chair-bed, a dining area looking on a small and quiet courtyard, closet with the washing machine. Floor in 'cotto fiorentino' and parquet. Very quiet. Tv, internet wireless, independent heating, hot-water, washing machine, bed linen and blankets, table linen, bath towels, pots and dishes, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, iron, iron-board, hair-dryer. You can get the best out of your holiday in the city

Quiet location, not far from attractions. Spacious, comfortable living areas. We loved the convenience of having a washing machine mid trip. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfectly located apartment in quiet area of the city, across from the Arno river. Host very warm & friendly, gave us useful tips on authentic eateries & restaurants. Welcome bottle of prosecco was much appreciated. All in all a super stay & would return in a heartbeat.

The apartment was huge and Alessandra an amazing host. We love this area of Florence - away from the tourist crowds but just a 15 minute walk to everything.

Alessandra was a gem, working with us when the plane was cancelled causing us a 2 day delay. The apartment was perfectly situated to see everything. It was clean and well furnished. 100% would recommend and return.

I thought the place was in a perfect location! Loved the quietness of the place as it is on a backstreet. But we walked to dinner or got a taxi to the door if further than we wanted to walk. Please note (Americans), when she says 2nd floor that is our 3rd floor, it is a cultural thing but it isn’t bad, just different :). The air conditioning was great and the washer a surprising touch! Old definitely stay here again

This is an amazing property close to everything. Alessandra is a wonderful host and the book of suggestions she has was so beneficial. We were able to explore some of the less touristy places and enjoyed every moment.

The Boboli apartment was exactly what we wanted and where we wanted it. The street was very quiet at night but near everything we liked during the day and night. Lots of restaurant options just a couple blocks away. Major tourist attractions minutes away. Nothing was more than a 20 minute walk. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with high ceilings and lots of windows for natural light and a cross-breeze. Having a washing machine and clothes rack was perfect as we only packed carry-on bags. The apartment is on the second floor which means there were four flights of stairs. Having a dishwasher also freed up our time to keep seeing sights.Finally, communication with our host was fantastic before and during our long stay.

Lovely apartment, very well equipped, situated in a very central area of Florence but just far enough from the crowds.Air conditioning was a particular help in the August heat!Alessandra was an excellent host, very helpful and comprehensive. Would love to stay again sometime.

Superb experience staying here. Really cool and spacious apartment. Very comfortable. Alessandra was remarkably helpful. I would not want to stay anywhere else in Florence.

Absolutely amazing. What a great location and the apartment was wonderful. It had everything you need to make it feel like home. Alessandra our host was super. She communicated with us every step of the way and was very flexible on arrival since our train was cancelled. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect, the apartment has everything you will need for a quick or long stay, very comfortable and in an unbeatable location, plus Alessandra is an amazing host. Super recommended.
