"Argegno Penthouse" is a stylish modern air conditioned apartment enjoying enviable views of Lake Como and over the pretty fishing village of Argegno. The home features two double bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, and two bathrooms featuring two bathrooms each with bath and shower, reception room with comfy lounge furniture and sliding doors to the private balcony plus a spacious kitchen diner with another sliding door to a second balcony for dining alfresco to the magnificent lake back drop. There is also a third bedroom available for a fifth guest featuring a single bedroom. Private parking space immediately outside the home, off road. Air conditioning is located in kitchen and living room positioned to filter through to the double bedrooms plus portable ac unit for the single bedroomfor added comfort. The home is just a 10 minute walk down to all amenities from restaurants, bars, shops and the ferry to access all major villages on the lake.

Great stay!

Excellent location and property! The views are amazing. Argegno is conveniently positioned so that you can see many of the towns on the lake. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. One tip - the speed Ferrys all sell out far in advance. We had a much easier time catching the ferry in Tremezzo!

Beautiful view

Lovely property. Very well equipped. Good communication with local host. Views are spectacular down the lake. The walk up to the apartment from Argegno is steep, not for the unfit. Helps walk off the delicious ice cream from Il Zoe or dinner from the lovely restaurants.

Very comfortable Apartment with amazing views

We enjoyed our stay at the penthouse apartment. The views were amazing and the home was quite comfortable. Best part was plenty of parking right in front if you have a car. The restaurants in town were also great. Great location from which to visit the beautiful towns around Lake Como. Recommended for sure.

Zeer ruim appartement met prachtig uitzicht over het Comomeer.

Het zeer ruime appartement, met 5 bedden en 2 badkamers en grote keuken is fijn vertoeven. Keuken op enkele punten eenvoudig ingericht. Uitzicht is prachtig. De wandeling naar het dorp zéér pittig en alleen door fitte personen mogelijk. Parkeren in het gezellige Italiaanse dorp met leuke restaurants een uitdaging.

By staying here with us we can recommend where to eat with the locals, hire a boat at the most competitive cost, show you the hidden places with the locals shop from finding the freshest baked bread to the best markets to the trattoria's where the Italian's dine away from the tourists or the very best bar's where the tastiest snacks keep coming with the drink's! If you need to hire a scooter or cycle, find the best hiking routes, or pathways around the lake for scenic walks we will point you in the right direction. We offer a unique insight into living like a local here on the lake to ensure you get the very most from your stay from the minute you arrive ensuring an unforgettable and personal experience. We now manage this home for the owners who purchased in May 2019 as we live and work close to Argegno.

Meandering cobbled paths, local market's with superb local produce and seasonal ingredients, a wonderful brand new lido to take in the sun and swimming pool to cool off, a cable car to the mountains to take in more majestic views, authentic wine and cafe bars and superb home made gelateria to name just a few highlights.
