This comfortable 2 bedroom villa in Nerja has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with capacity for 4 guests.



It is a spacious villa with a lovely private pool, set in a quiet, rural location, but within walking distance of the town and beaches. Inside the property, there is air conditioning in every room. Outside, there is a pleasant garden area with terrace, sun beds, a table tennis and pool table, barbecue plus parking for 2 cars and beautiful panoramic views from the villa of the Sierra de Almijara mountains in the distance.



The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:



Outside: Large private swimming pool, terrace with patio furniture, fenced garden, barbecue, table tennis and pool table, private parking area.

Inside: Air conditioning in all rooms, (also heats in cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), fireplace, iron, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels.



The pool at this villa measures 8 meters x 4 meters. It has a depth of 1.2 meters at the shallow end and 2.1 meters at the deep end.



In the open plan kitchen the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.



The property has two bathrooms, both with shower cubicle and wc.



Villa Rocio is located 71 km from Malaga airport, 111 km from Granada airport, 1 km from Nerja Bus station, 700 meters from Supersol supermarket, 1.5 km from Torrecilla Beach and restaurants, 1.5 km from the famous Balcon de Europa, 5.5 km from the pretty hillside village of Frigiliana, 5.5 km from the famous Nerja Caves, 1.5 km from the Rio Chillar river with interesting treks along its course, 25 km from Aquavelis water park, 28 km from Baviera Golf course, 100 km from the world famous Alhambra Palace in Granada.



The villa is situated in a safe, family-friendly neighbourhood and is a very popular choice for families with young children.



A car is definitely recommended for visitors to the villa for getting around but is not essential. We have an arrangement with a friendly local taxi driver who offers a competitively-priced airport transfer if required.

Great family orientated villa in rural location with good access to town

The remote check in process is quick and easy and the WhatsApp communication with the staff behind the scenes is very efficient. Our eldest child fell ill shortly after arriving and the staff were very helpful with giving information on medical facilities. The villa is on one level which makes it ideal for small children without any fear of falling down steps etc. The facilities in the villa are all in good working order. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to Nerja without the hustle and bustle of staying in the centre

Our eldest child fell ill shortly after arriving and the staff were very helpful with giving information on medical facilities. Villa is beautiful, very clean and spacious for a 2 bedroom. We went in November, so was still around 21/23 degrees but the pool is big so was freezing, but expected. Location is perfect. The bathroom in the living area stunk of sewage when the bedroom bathroom toilet was flushed..And was surprised that we didn't hear from the company all of the 10 days while staying there. Minor issues though as it was all still amazing

Amazing 2 weeks

We spent 2 weeks in Villa Rocia and I can honestly say, it was amazing. We have never stayed in a Villa before, always opting for an ‘all inclusive’ holiday. The Villa has everything you need and more. It is in a great location less than a 10 minute walk to the supermarkets and another 10 minutes into the town. You are simply spoilt for choice with restaurants, cafes, bars, shops etc. Nerja is beautiful. The villa has 2 great bedrooms and bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining area. The outside space was incredible and to have our own pool. Simply wow. We were looked after so well. The owner came several times to clean the pool and water the gardens. So friendly as was his wife offering clean linen and towels throughout our stay. Spain Sun Rentals were great too - always happy to help and arranged taxis for us too. The photos on the website do not do it justice. We will definitely come back and stay. I think we can say it was probably our bet holiday! I don’t have one negative to say about our stay. Not sure you could improve on what you have.

Hemos disfrutado de una bonita estancia en esta Villa. los dormitorios y salón son amplios y cómodos. La piscina y exteriores ideales. La ventaja de tenerlo todo a un nivel nos ha facilitado la estancia. Todo esta bien mantenido. El carril para llegar está asfaltado y en buen estado, pero por la noche no está alumbrado. En coche no hay problema. Solo si se quiere volver andando por la noche.
