DELIGHTFUL VILLA "WIND" FOR THOSE WHO LOVE A HOLIDAY IN CONTACT WITH NATURE

Delightful, elegant and comfortable villa located in a beautiful position overlooking the sea. The house is located along the Tramontana road and is set in an agricultural area of one hectare that ends with a 40-meter cliff overlooking the sea. The house is surrounded by nature but is about 20 minutes walk from the town center and is served by public transport. The house is reached from the Tramontana road through a 200 meters long dirt road, bounded by large pebbles of volcanic origin and a thick barrier of prickly pears.
The villa takes the typical typology of the old houses of the island; it is composed of two bodies connected by a covered patio. In the first body are two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the second building, located on the sea side, there is a large living room with a sofa bed that provides two comfortable single beds, a kitchen and a bathroom. Large terraces and porches surround the house. The arcade to the east, typical of the island's houses, guarantees shade and cool even on the hottest days. The house is equipped with ceiling fans in each room. A comfortable outdoor shower, shielded by tall bamboo canes, guarantees privacy in the open air. In the garden there is a tall tree of succulent Cilento figs and a long barrier rich in prickly pears. There are tomato plants available and a comfortable stone barbecue.
