The magic of Disney, golf on the doorstep and the comforts of home.

Four bedroom, three bath vacation home,with lovely views to the rear, offers spacious accommodation over 2000 square feet. With a private and quiet deck area, the screened pool (24’ x 10’) offers views onto a wooded conservation area.

A large, comfortable family room has access directly to the deck and pool. Open plan kitchen/dining area provides an ideal setting for that special meal or for entertaining. Fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you may need. Laundry room with washer and separate dryer.

Offering many special features, this home has the option of electric pool heating.

Four bedrooms, sleeping eight comfortably - Queen master suite, with quick access to deck and pool, walk in closet, safe, large en-suite bathroom (tub, separate toilet, large shower and twin sinks). Second Queen suite with en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. Two further twin bed rooms share the third bathroom.


Situated within the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club community, located off highway 27 and close to I4 and highway 192, yet set in peaceful countryside with surrounding pines and orange groves. Our home is conveniently placed for all central Florida attractions, with Disney only 15 miles away and Orlando airport 30 minutes.

A on-call management company is employed to ensure you have a comfortable problem free stay.

Great place

Plenty of room quiet location , all the amenities. If you are do it the typical Disney universal vacation expect 30 to 45 mins drive but close to 192 all the stores and supplies you would.need.. highly recommend

Good value for money

Had a great stay in this villa. Had everything we needed and more. Location is great but traffic round Orlando these days is horrendous! (Not the owners fault) communication before and during stay was excellent and loved the digital information in the villa. Was easy to add things on via this. Would stay again.

Amazing experience

From the beginning I feel safe in this beautiful home my family enjoy every moment I have a daughter with a especial needs and this home was so clean and safe for her thanks Mr: Ian for your fast response every time I have a question very friendly THAT IS WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR A SAFE AND BEAUTIFUL PLACE 5 stars i wish I can give you more. My family has a beautiful experience thanks again definitely coming back soon. Customer service very professional and friendly 5 star for them

Great Location

Nice patio area. Pool needs to be resurfaced and is not very clean. Patio furniture is comfortable. House is spacius and well layered out. Floors are badly chipped and need to be replaced. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable but very squeaky. Furniture is in ok shape. Enjoyed our stay.

Great Location!

Backyard is wonderful and quiet, yet you're close enough to all the attractions and restaurants. The management company is very quick to respond and close any issues. We've stayed here twice now, and would certainly book it again if available!!!

What a really nice house! Great location!

The house and accommodations are very nice and in a great location, convenient to Disney Parks and 45 minutes in traffic from Universal. Impeccable grounds, really nice pool, cleaned weekly. Plenty of room for the wife and I, our son and daughter and their spouses and kids (6 adults, 2 infants total). House has a little wear, and floor could have been a bit cleaner, but certainly not a deal breaker, we'd like to come back next time we're in town.

Below Motel 6 Quality...Do not recommend.

Furniture and bedding below standards. All furniture well worn. The kitchen table's finish damaged to the point it felt sticky. The sheets were well worn and needs replaced. There were blankets in a closet that would be thrown out if donated to Goodwill. It would be nice if throws were provided. We ended up taking blankets off the single beds. The TV in the family room did not work when we arrived and there were no directions on use. The cable service is so minimal that I couldn't even watch NFL Network. A standard DVD player is in the family room with 5 out of date movies. I don't understand why 1 prime service such as HBO could be available. Paper towels, a dish rag and towel was provided but no dish soap or soap for the dishwasher. An information package would do wonders. For example there was a key to give access to a club house but no information to say where the club house is located or what was in the club house The swimming pool is the size of a swimming jacuzzi. The only lighting for the evening is a small porch light that does not provide light around the pool after dark. The road approaching the home is very narrow and I found it difficult to get my double cab truck in and out of the driveway. Especially when neighbors park on the road in front of the property. It is much further from Disney than advertised. Making it worse you drive on secondary roads that are packed with traffic in the morning and evenings. The bottom line is from my perspective being the owner of a VRBO vacation property myself the property is well below standards and I do not recommend this property.

Perfect Location

We we're close to everything. Lot's of good golf in the area, and a very safe neighborhood. Could go for walks around the area at night, including over to the nearby Publix or restaurant. Ian was great, and responded back right away to my questions. We'll be back. Thanks!

Once again a Great Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at Ians villa, and again we have had a wonderful stay.New outside furniture was a great addition. Location is perfect being able to stroll out is a bonus shops restuarants and bars easy walking distance. The setting overlooking the conservation area is superb, we have had the opportunity to observe the natural wildlife from the pool area. We saw a turtle come up the bank and lay its eggs in the sand and then bury them, a family of deer would stroll along early in the morning, wild Turkeys were a regular sight, and also a mischievous raccoon also seemed a regular sight, best of all was the owl who would perch on the roof of the pool netting and just observe us. It was truly amazing with all the fast pace of Florida to be able to enjoy the wonderful natural side of it without stepping out of the door. We will definatley be back again. Thank you for this amazing family vacation.

Needs a little better cleaning

Although the home was beautiful, the cleaning left a little to be desired. I doubt the floors were washed because they definitely were not swept. The garden tub faucet handles leaked. The toilet in that bathroom is not level and rocked every time you got up. The pool was not vaccumed out and didn’t like the fact there was no scheduled pool maintenance time except to look out the window and see a man standing in the patio area. Lastly not sure when the windows were cleaned either. If this were my home I would definitely have higher expections for the management company I chose. Thank you for letting me share my thoughts.

beautiful home, clean, welcoming

beautiful place to stay. comfortable beds, wonderful outdoor pool area. liked the welcome of swan towels on bed and dining table already set. perfect location for us - near family, and green zone behind home for walking our dog; minor issue (electrical problem) resolved quickly by eagle management.

Good Experience!

My family and I were hard pressed to find a safe harbor from Hurricane Florence. We needed a safe place that also allowed our family dog to come with us. The homeowner was very accommodating and responded to our request quickly. The home was in a good location, close to parks, and restaurants along with grocery stores. The home was fairly clean and perfectly fit our need. We enjoyed our stay and are incredibly grateful for the homeowners immediate response and willingness to accommodate us in such a stressful situation. Highly recommend this property.

Brilliant Villa to base yourselves in the Davenport Area.

There were a couple of Problems caused by the Previous Tenants which hadn’t been sorted by the Local Agents. Ian’s Villa is EXCELLENT. It is situated on a Quiet Street which is part of a Golf Community. This was our second stay and the third is being planned. Many thanks again to Ian. CHEERS !!!

Tired looking but well located villa. However, please be wary.

Please be wary of booking this villa. The owner refused to return the security deposit after claiming we had pets in the villa, which, having travelled from the UK (2 adults and 2 children) and knowing no one in America we most certainly did not. We were offered £35 as a gesture of goodwill, which considering we were in no way responsible for the alleged 'pet dander', we found rather insulting. During the booking process the owner rejected our payment via Home and Away, and asked us to pay directly via Paypal, which we did assuming we would have their Buyer Protection. It transpires this removes the right of recourse through Home and Away so please be cautious if booking this villa, or like us, you will end up £150 out of pocket.

Excellent Value For Money

Accommodation is in an excellent position, the view to the rear of the property is beautiful with stunning sunsets. The villa is clean, basic, but has everything you need for a great location base. The only thing I have a negative comment about is that the outside table is very small for 6 people, however we managed . The management company were very friendly, polite and sorted a couple of minor issue's straight away. Walking distance to Applebees, Publix, Take aways, bars and I Hop. Walmart a short drive away. We have stayed on Highlands Reserve twice before but the position of this villa was by far the best, will definately book this villa again.
