Great villa for family holiday!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The open concept kitchen/tv room was ideal for our big family. The house was very clean and provided all the comforts of home! Location is excellent - minutes from Disney, outlets and a variety of restaurants. We enjoyed the swimming pool too! I would highly recommend this property, particularly for families with young children. We'll be back for sure!

Very good

We were very happy in this villa, we found it very clean and comfortable and we liked the shade under the Lania. We watched umpteen space X rockets take off by just looking over to the right out back. Bed was comfy, liked the little knee hole in bathroom for using as a dressing table. Would use again.

A great vacation! Thanks for sharing your home!

From the time we pulled up to the gate and entered the code and the gate opened up, I felt the same excitement of as our kids had been feeling from the time we left home! Pulling into the driveway I noticed the home had only one neighbor being at the end of the street. It turned out provide a very private setting. The home was well maintained and very clean. We arrived relatively late in the day after a long day of travelling so we spent time checking out the house and we absolutely loved the patio/pool are and it turned out that we spent a majority of time there. Although we were tired, there was no way we could keep the children from spending some time in the pool! The proximity to restaurants and groceries is very convenient as those items were the only items on the agenda to conclude day one. We have visited the Orlando area often but this was the first time I have rented a home instead of staying in a hotel and I wish I would have done it years ago. All the comforts of home and the location was great. The home had internet and with my GPS on my phone I was able to plan each day and getting around was easy. We walked the neighbor hood and found tennis courts and a kids play area. I wouldn't mind living at Highgate Park, we really loved it. A short drive to the Disney Parks, International Drive and Outlet Shopping. Our favorite part was the screened in pool/patio area as a great way to unwind after long days out and about. We did have an issue with a light bulb burning out but after a call to the management company the following morning, the bulb was replaced when we got home that evening. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Sarbeck's Florida Adventure

The property met and in some cases exceeded our expectations and our time was filled with lots of love and laughter. It was great to come back to the property after a busy day and unwind in and around the pool and spa. That hot tub really soothed alot of achy feet! Dave the owner was great and very responsive to our questions or requests. While we plan to head more south to be nearer to beaches for our next adventure should we come back to the Davenport area we would seek out this property to host our family.

Pay attention to ALL the reviews!!

First off this home is 30-40min from everything except Walmart. The house was very dirty and wasn't clean. While my children and myself were swimming, some guys walked through the back by the pool and jumped the fence, which made things not feel safe. The pool light didn't work, and of course management stated it would get fixed on the day we check out. On the pictures their is a air hockey table that wasn't there.... management stated she wasn't aware of their being one, but it clearly shows one in the picture. I wish I would have chosen a better place for my kids first trip to Orlando area, this was a total disaster.....I just kept saying through my trip from the first day I checked in "I can't wait to go home"! I left cleaning products there for the next person, because you will truly need them. I should have took that 1 bad review serious instead thinking you just can't satisfy everyone....I can't see how this place has any 5 star reviews to be totally honest 😱😂😡...before you book this place, look up this management company on google also, don't just book, do your research!

Family vacation 2021

10 of us vacationed here. Plenty of space for all of us. Comfortable beds beautiful property. We had things planned every day but one had we know how much the grandchildren (6) would have enjoyed it there we really could have hung at the house close proximity to all attractions and airport and grocery stores right down the road. Beautiful pool area where the kids spent most of their time. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the owners for sharing this wonderful home.

Loved every day we were there!

"Serenity Now" is all it claims to be. The property is beautiful inside and out. The pictures don't do it justice. The pool is a big plus for everyone. We hope to come again.

Basic and lacking amenities

If you are only looking for a place to sleep and shower, it would be fine. Paid extra for the pool to be heated. It was cold when we arrived and they said they just turned it on and would be 2-3 days to warm. Then on day 2 when it was still cold they sent out a repair person and found it was not heating. After multiple repairs it finally was warm 1 week after check in. Then it turned cold after 3 days and they needed to repair it again and we get another 3 days of a warm pool. Less than half the time we were there it was warm and useful. No air hockey table like in the pictures, dart board is useless since no darts, pool table was useless unless you want pool balls to fall to the concrete when you make a shot. No grill like advertised and they did fix that and bring one after a couple days. Back patio door did not close or lock. I assume they tried to repair it one day since it was closing better and much easier to move but still didn’t lock. Also would expect someone to notify us if they plan to be in the home while we are away. I would not recommend to a friend and have stayed in a few VRBO’s and never had this many issues or incorrect items. Owner may say we are being critical or expecting too much - we only wanted what was advertised and we paid for. For the pool heat we even paid extra.

Just as Advertised

Overall, this was a good property. It was clean, very roomy, and had all of the basics. We had the pool heated, and the hot tub was really nice and relaxing. The game room was fun for the kids and the beds were very comfortable. The home is fairly bare bones so make sure you have all toiletries, bath tissue, dish detergent and laundry detergent. There are some great grocery stores just a few minutes from the house, so this was no problem at all. The only thing I didn't like was a separate company (other than the owner or VRBO) required a credit card for our check in. The owner did promptly respond about this before our stay, but the company would not give me the check in information without a credit card.

Great Place to Stay

This place was a wonderful place to stay. I would stay again next time we are Florida. It is a gated community. Has a nice swimming pool. The kids enjoyed it! Property was very clean. The owner was available when we needed him. Only about 25 mins away from Disney.

Wonderful Home Away from Home

Relaxing vacation stay!!!

We stayed at this vacation rental for a week with another family - 4 kids total. What a great place...close to everything, corner lot, clean, quiet, spacious, TV in every room. The pool was awesome. The kids went in every day when we'd get back from sightseeing. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our vacation. Would LOVE to rent it again if we ever get another chance to vacation in Florida again. Was so hard leaving after having such a great stay!!!

Quiet and Private, Plenty of Space!

We visit Florida often, not as much for the parks any more, but to get away from it all, visit friends and relax in the wonderful weather… We spent almost 2 weeks at this house and it was heaven. The house is nicely equipped (loved the big screen TV in the living room) and we loved how clean the home was upon our arrival. Most of all, we enjoyed the privacy of the house. We went at the end of December when Orlando is usually crazy full with people, but the quietness of this house made up for it all – the patio is so spacious and peaceful that we could not even tell that there were neighbors next door…just fantastic! The owner and the management company were very easy to deal with. Definitively one of the best houses we have stayed at in Florida. As for the actual location of the house, the parks, restaurants and stores are close by to meet all your needs. We hope to be back soon! Thanks Mr. Dave! Linda, Virginia

Serenity now was a beautiful home away from home!!

This was our first time visiting Serenity Now. We loved the location and close proximity to all of the area's attractions, theme parks, shopping malls and restaurants. The neighborhood made us feel like it was our second home. It is located in a beautiful and friendly gated community. The spacious interior was extremely clean and well maintained. The kids enjoyed the heated pool, jacuzzi and big yard. We actually enjoyed being able to have the option of cooking meals in the beautiful kitchen. We loved being able to have the private master suite and master bathroom while the kids had there own space. We enjoyed being able to come home and relax in the living room after a long day and not feel cramped. This vacation rental was an excellent value and can accommodate a couple of families. The stay there is worth every penny! We would highly recommend Serenity Now for your next vacation. We look forward to staying there again. Serenity Now has everything needed for a great vacation!!!!

Hello and welcome to sunny Florida and our Orlando area villa/home. We are from the great Northeast state of Maine and enjoy the vast differences between the two states. Maine, known for it's mountainous terrain, seasonal temperatures and rustic settings while Florida is relatively flat, tropical and populous by example.

We selected this Florida home for a multitude of reasons. We loved the close proximity to the theme parks where we try to spend at least one day every trip back and always find something different and exiting to see. Orlando's central location makes for a reasonable drive to either the west and east coast beaches. The Orlando area also has many great golf courses regardless of skill level.

This particular home really jumped out being in gated Highgate Park neighborhood. It a great place to walk down to the tennis court/play ground area or just walk though out the neighborhood or if nothing is left in the tank after a long day just lounge around in the pool/spa and see why we decided to name it Serenity Now!!!. Being a corner lot really provides a great level of seclusion and quiet for that much needed time to unwind and recharge for the next adventure. The Check-in is hassle free with gate code and lock box coded provided prior to arrival. Enjoy your stay and thank you for using our home to experience the happiest place on earth.
