Welcome to the Tuscan hills, near Pisa Lucca Florence.

The apartment, located on the third floor of a beautiful building in the green and into place without traffic, with lift. Private garage, inside the building for 1 car. The apartment consists of one double bedroom, one single bedroom, large living room with sofa bed. Large panoramic terrace of the surrounding hills with table and chairs and sun tent. Washing machine on the terrace. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom with tub and shower and washing machine. Air Conditioning, heating. The house is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes you reach the center with many shops, bars, restaurants, and beautiful walks in the green park of the center. To visit the original medieval village of Montecatini Alto, you can use the old cable car on rails. Near Montecatini there are many small towns, towns like Lucca, Montecarlo, Vinci, Collodi (Pinocchio), Pescia, and other small villages in the nearby mountains / hills as Vellano, Castelvecchio, Sorana (famous for its ancient tradition of growing white bean ...). For sports enthusiasts as well as jogging in space / green park of Montecatini, there are also tennis courts, and Minigolf. The famous golf course of Montecatini Terme / Monsummano Terme is located a few kilometers from the house. Montecatini Terme offers a large swimming pool in the green: "The Panteraie", with lots of bars, restaurants, shops. Those who prefer the sea, the coast of "Versilia" with many beaches is ca. 70km. The beach most 'close, and also very beautiful, is located near the natural park of San Rossore, Marina di Vecchiano, on the coast Pisano. By car you can be reached by taking the motorway towards Pisa to Montecatini, exit Pisa north.
In addition to the sea and swimming pools are also many facilities Spa with warm waters sulfuric 38th !!Near Monsummano-Terme is the famous Grotta Giusti.
The apartment is located in an area full of surprises to discover, and is close to major cities such as: Pisa, Florence, Prato, Siena, Arezzo, to discover this part of Tuscany with lots of good wine and typical dishes.

Die Wohnung ist super schön. Ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber alles da und alles funktioniert, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin, Kati ist sehr nett und fürsorglich, über WhatsApp war sie immer für uns erreichbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, in einer Wohngegend gelegen, ruhig und nach hinten raus mit Blick ins Grüne. Zum Supermarkt ca. 700 m, zum Zentrum und Bahnhof ungefähr 1.000 m. Montecatini Terme hat einiges zu bieten: kleine Geschäfte, die Seilbahn nach Montecatini Alto, jede Menge Thermen, Opernabende und die Grotta Maona mit dem tollen Guide Fernando. Unsere Ausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa, Prato, Lucca und ans Meer nach Viareggio haben wir mit dem Zug gemacht. Die Fahrten kosten erheblich weniger als in Deutschland (ich darf keine Preise schreiben) und man fährt zwischen 30 – 50 Minuten. Ein Auto braucht man wirklich nicht unbedingt.

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung

Schöne, sehr saubere Wohnung in ruhigem Haus in ruhigem Viertel. Herrlicher Blick in einen Park und auf die grünen Hügel. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, Aufzahlung 10 Euro pro Tag. Gut ausgestattete Küche (Kaffee, Salz, Öl usw. vorhanden). Umfangreiche Informationsmappe, auch mit Ausflugsvorschlägen, vorhanden. Bequemer Garagenplatz. Viele gute Lokale zu Fuß in 10 Min. zu erreichen. Katys Freund hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns gute Tipps gegeben. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

The apartment has a quaint decor but needs tender loving care!! The apartment needs a good cleaning and up keep. The listing stated that the apartment had WI FI and air conditioning but it did not state that these amenities came with a fee. We got a discount on the WI FI fee but once asked about the air conditioning after Realizing that the air conditioning was not turning on we were told that she had the remote in Firenze and would bring it to us the following day but the cost would be 10 euro a day.

Très bel appartement avec un excellent accueil

Katy a été une excellente hôte.Elle a été très accueillante et très arrangeante. Elle nous a également apporté de bons conseils sur les choses à voir dans la région. L'appartement est très propre avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Il est très bien situé (10-15 mn à pied du centre animé de la ville). Il est par ailleurs au calme et bénéficie d'un beau balcon avec vue sur les hauteurs de la ville. L'appartement est enfin équipé d'un parking privé couvert, très utile pour se garer. De Montecatini Terme, nous avons pu visiter une partie de la Toscane (Pise, Florence, Lucca...). Je recommande vivement cette location et souligne la gentillesse de la propriétaire, Katy.

Spacieux, agréable et calme

Nous sommes allés ma femme et ma fille de 9 ans, 11 jours chez Kathy en août 2016. Rien à redire. Cour privée pour stationner notre voiture, appartement spacieux dans une résidence calme. On mange sur le balcon qui donne sur les collines Toscanes. MONTECATINI est une ville charmante. On est proches de PISE, LUCCA (un vrai bijou) et Florence. Le CHIANTI et SIENA sont un peu plus loin mais largement abordables. Kathy est très gentille et toujours disponible. On a passé des vacances de rêve. Mes prochaines vacances : la Toscane, mon habitation : chez Kathy.

Montecatini apartment

We stayed a week in Montecatini Terme and we were very happy with the apartment. It is located on the third floor of an apartment building in a quiet residential area of Montecatini. The apartment provides ample space for two, and it is fully equipped, even including basic kitchen supplies. The centre of Montecatini is at 15 to 20 minutes walking distance, parking the car is no problem, either on the street near the apartment, or in a covered space of the building. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who intends to visit the northern part of Tuscany.

Traumurlaub

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere tolle Vermieterin Kati,die uns herzlich empfangen hat und uns immer geholfen hat. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet,was man braucht und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend.Das Tollste ist der Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Man ist im Nu in der City oder am Bahnhof. Montecatini ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für jeden Touristen.Traumhafte Bergdörfer,die Städte .Alles ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Wir können diese Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Susanne

Tolle Wohnung in idealer Umgebung

Die sympathische Wohnungsbesitzerin Kati hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns alles erklärt, was wir wissen mussten. Alles Organisatorische konnte vorab problemlos per Mail geklärt werden. Während unseres Aufenthalts war Kati jederzeit per Handy erreichbar. - Die helle, geräumige Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Internetzugang war schnell und zuverlässig. Auch den DVD-Player haben wir gern genutzt. Man hat einen herrlichen Blick ins Grüne und auf die Berge. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor dem Haus, das in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße liegt. Man kann aber auch den privaten Stellplatz der Besitzerin direkt auf dem Grundstück nutzen. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Aufenthaltsort optimal

Ort liegt super zentral um nach Florenz, Siena oder auch Pisa zu gelangen. Zur Wohnung sei zu sagen, dass die Besitzer sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und nett sind. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung genügt allen Ansprüchen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Aufenthaltsort optimal

Der Ort Montecantini Terme liegt super zentral um nach Florenz, Siena oder Pisa zu gelangen. Der Ort an sich ist auch wunderschön und sehenswert... der Stadtkern ist von der Ferienwohnung aus zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Zur Wohnung sei zu sagen , daß diese von der Ausstattung her, optimal ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Klaus und Gisela

A hot tip for Montecatini Terme

The holiday flat is very comfortable, all things are correctly described. With help of our car-navigation we found it without any problems. The equipment of all rooms we found very completely in a very well state. The welcom by the owner was very kindly and we got a lot of recommendations for trips and sightseeings. We recommend this holiday flat, especially for trips to the northern part of Toscana. We think, our friends will also like this flat - we will tell all them about our good experiences. Many thanks to the owner! It's a very good start-point for trips to Firence, Pistoia, Vinci, Lucca, Bagna Luca, the Garfagnana... Wolfgang and Gisela from Berlin / Germany.

Wonderful inviting apartment very close to town

Apartment very homely and clean with all the facilities you could wish for. Extremely tastefully decorated. Only a 10 minute walk into the beautiful town of Montecatini Terme. The owner Katie is wonderful very helpful and extremely warm and friendly. Definitely a place we would revisit and I can highly recommend it to others. Great value
