HerÀÀ ja nauti aamukahviltasi uima-altaan ÀÀrellÀ katsellen rauhallista kanavaa ja nauttiaksesi lÀmpimÀstÀ Floridan auringosta. Jos tÀmÀ ei kuulosta tarpeeksi hyvÀltÀ, ranta on vain 15 minuutin ajomatkan pÀÀssÀ kodikkaasta lomastasi.

Talo satamissa on laminaattilattia, kaikilla uusilla moderneilla huonekaluilla. 3 makuuhuoneeseemme mahtuu helposti koko perhe, voit myös tuoda isovanhemmat mukaan, jos haluat! HeillÀ on myös paljon tekemistÀ. Kaksi tÀyttÀ kylpyammeemme tarkoittavat, ettei suihkuaikana kÀydÀ taisteluita. 3 taulutelevisiolla jokainen voi katsella omia ohjelmiaan samanaikaisesti. Aamiaisnokkillamme on mukava nÀkymÀ uima-altaalle / kanavalle juuri oikealla mÀÀrÀ aurinkoa aamulla. Denden alue on tÀydellinen hengailua varten. RuokapöydÀssÀ on mukavasti 6 paikkaa, ja keittiössÀmme on kaikki tarvitsemasi. Ulkopuolella sijaitseva grilli on tÀydellinen grillaamiseksi vihanneksia, lihaa tai jopa kylkiluita. Jos et halua ruoanlaitosta, ympÀrillÀ on joukko hyviÀ ravintoloita.

Ilmeisen rantaretken lisÀksi pelataan myös paljon golfia. Kotimme ympÀröi 5 golfkenttÀÀ. Jos golf ei ole sinun juttusi, voit kÀvellÀ rauhassa ystÀvÀllisen naapuruston ympÀrillÀ ja nauttia kaikesta villielÀimestÀ tai vain rentoutua ja tarkkailla sitÀ takapihalla. Jos lapset kutisevat lisÀÀ viihdettÀ varten, Disney World on noin 2 tunnin ajomatka. Haluatko suunnata Clearwaterin valkoiselle hiekkarannalle? Se on myös vÀhÀn alle kaksi tuntia. Rotonda West, sijaitsee kaiken sydÀmessÀ, jossa on paljon tekemistÀ.

PÀivÀn pÀÀtteeksi voit viihtyÀ ulkoterassillamme ja kÀÀntyÀ hyvÀÀ kirjaa ja lasillista viiniÀ vastaan tai sukeltaa myöhÀÀn illalla uima-altaaseen.

The home is a 10 out of 10. The pictures are an understatement. The cleanliness was exceptional. Our favorite area was the pool area. The owner has thought of everything that you'll need. The beach is close by, a grocery store, and local restaurants are close. We found a great ice cream store Insane Conez!! It is a must. We will return. The owner responds quickly if you need her. You won't regret staying there. We had an amazing time.

A great place to stay

To start with, the host was fantastic!! She could not have been nicer. She checked in a couple of times during our two week stay. Always making sure everything was okay and checking to see if we needed anything. Do not hesitate to stay here. Beautiful area and the restaurants were all amazing. The only downfall was that some of the beaches were still closed due to the hurricane. We loved our stay and hope to return next spring. Thanks again to our wonderful host!

Great stay. Great host house was very clean and fully stocked. Beaches were closed almost everyday do to the horrible damage from HELENE so we spent a lot of time at the pool and it was fabulous. Nice location easy to get around.

Perfect family getaway!

The house was very clean and had literally everything you needed. Everything was labeled like lightswitches and it made it very easy to navigate an unfamiliar home. My children loved the pool and the house is close to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. Narcisa was very attentive and kind and responded quickly to messages. She’s a great host and we couldn’t recommend the home more!

Get away with daughter and grandson

We have stayed in this area before and were very pleased with this property. We went to the different beaches and ate at many of our favorite places. My grandson improved his swimming skills. We all loved sitting on the dock by the canal. Great place and location.

Amazing vacation home

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was a great location close to many beaches where we found lots of shark teeth and shells. Host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We would highly recommend staying here and would stay again in the future.

We loved the house and the pool. Canal was wonderful and we seen lots of wildlife. Even an alligator in the canal. Clean house and enjoyed a free bottle of wine. If we return to the area we will stay again. Thank you so much for the great experience

Relaxing beach family vacay

Beautiful house and property! We spent our time in the pool, on the beach and in the backyard fishing and watching the birds and turtles. We loved the close proximity to beaches, restaurants and shops. Owner is ver friendly and communicative.

Wonderful vacation

The home was very lovely and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed the patio and the pool. The host was wonderful, responded immediately to any question we had. But there weren't many because everything was exceptional. Plenty of restaurants and two beautiful beaches within minutes of the home. Looking forward to returning again.

Quiet Florida Get-Away

We totally recommend this property and owner to people wanting a nice quiet place to stay not far from the beach on Don Pedro Island. Rotonda West is near the town of Englewood which is quiet/ not crowded at all. Traffic is light. 45-50 min to University Mall in Sarasota. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing!

Great, quiet location close to lots

My husband, three teens and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house is peaceful to come “home” to after golfing and visiting beautiful beaches. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful and the canal was fun to watch for wildlife. The home is stocked with pool toys, beach chairs, and we played a lot of ping pong in the garage. We also used the blow up volleyball net in the pool for a few games. Would recommend staying here for sure!

Loved This Home

We loved Narcisa's home so much we booked for 2024 just after being there for 2 weeks. My husband and I have used VRBO for many years and this was our best experience ever. All our questions or concerns were dealt with immediately and the location for my husband was outstanding. He had 5 golf courses to play within 4 to 10 minutes from the house. The pool was a good size and the house felt like home . We were there for a month and our children came for a week and they were so happy we were close to several beaches. Publix was 5 minutes away and a great store grocery store . A bit more expensive than Wamart but well worth the fresh produce , meats and especially their seafood. My husband could fish off of the dock and the wildife is abudant right there on the property. Thank you again to Narcisa and her staff for our best holiday ever. Carole and John( from snowy Ontario)

Nice place

The kitchen was really very well appointed, better than any other place that we've rented. So for those who cook a lot-which we did, it was great. The house itself is great-has everything you need and then some. The host was also great to work with. Would stay again if need to be in that area.

Comfortable non "touristy" destination

Very clean and comfortable with everything that was needed for our stay. Good sandy beaches within easy distance, plenty of excellent restaurants relatively close by. We have been visiting Rotonda over many years and enjoy it because it is not too "touristy"

The house is clean, well organized, and perfect for a family of 5-6. We loved the beaches, restaurants, and the quiet neighborhood. Plenty of opportunities to golf as well. Will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoy having this place to get away, even if sometime just for the weekend. Always is difficult to return back home from this place to the daily routine after spending few days at this property.
