Everything was immaculate. The home had plenty of towels, dishes, blankets, beach equipment, bikes, pool toys. It’s also located in such a beautiful town. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

The location was great for our family as we love to venture over to Boca Grande and take day trips to the few beaches that are close to Rotunda. The neighborhood is peaceful and great for long walks.

This was our second winter season at the house which is well equipped and maintained and comfortable. Any issues are promptly dealt with by Will. We plan on returning for a third winter next year. The property is very private and quiet. The pool area is large and surrounded by nature.

Boca Grande is a wonderful property and was well suited to our family of 5 (2a, 3ch). The pool in particular was a firm favourite, brilliant size with lots of space around the poolside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host could not have been more helpful and super responsive, this was very impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend!

Very nice property for the cost. Nice pool and lots of space for our family of four. This property provided everything we needed for a relaxing week. We enjoyed the area, especially the beaches. Would recommend this property.

Great house for family vacation

This beautiful house is well maintained and clean. It has everything you need for a great family vacation. The pool was a highlight especially for our kids. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Englewood beach which is also very family friendly.

Great place to chill out in the sun.

The property met our needs perfectly being in a quiet private location well equipped with pond to the rear providing enjoyable wildlife watching with a large lanai and pool. The owner/host could not be more welcoming and helpful.

Great vacation home

We enjoyed our week here so much. The pool was beautiful and warm. The backyard is a beautiful backdrop to the pool. The kitchen had everything. Contacting the owner was super easy immediate response. It was a super relaxing time.

Great spacious house for the 5 of us. Pool, beds and kitchen were fantastic. Convenient to restaurants, boating and beach. Super quiet on dead end street and few neighbors. Highly recommended!👍😎
