Worst accommodation I have ever been at. Dishonest people. I was literally robbed. 4 Broken sunbeds delivered with the house, I complained, 2 old and broken ones were given. At check-out, charged me 6 broken sunbeds! Horrible customer care. A means to get the damage fee VRBO allows property managers to get. In a totally dishonest way. Very sad that people choose this way to get money. Now let's see how VRBO will handle this, will start a formal complaint. Make sure to NEVER book anything that has NPMS (Norton Property Management Services) as the intermediary agency/management services. They are the dishonest people charging what could never have been charged. Furniture of the apartment is horrible, extremely uncomfortable and clearly needing a replacement. The cleaning of the apartment was very bad, apartment was very dirty at check-in, while it should be delivered clean. The building and complex is perfect, small, which means the pool is never too crowded. That is totally recommended but in a different apartment than this one.
