The luxurious apartment with pool is located near golf courses and beaches in the very popular resort of Vilamoura in Portugal's Algarve. It is air conditioned, fully equipped & furnished to a very high standard. There are 3 good size bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, the other 2 bedrooms each have two twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath, the other with a shower.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. The lounge and dining room is very spacious and comfortable - a great space for relaxing in the evenings or watching the flat-screen TV. It opens onto a large terrace overlooking the pool - ideal for families who want to be able to sunbathe and keep an eye on the kids. Terrace has a table / chairs for outside eating, and comfortable seating to relax in.

The ground floor apartment is part of a closed condominium with adult's and children’s pools, a decking area for sunbathing and pretty gardens. It is in an upmarket residential area of Vilamoura, just five minutes drive from Vilamoura’s famous marina, golden sandy beaches and many golf courses.

Peaceful Stay

Modern and clean apartment a short drive from the marina. The pool is fantastic and was very rarely in use by other residents in the complex in the few days we stayed. It is a very quiet complex.

Nice and well furnished apartment

Everything was very well equipped to enjoy your stay, we enjoyed the swimming pool and the garden. The availability of an excellent super market Pingo Doce in the area is a real plus.

Great apartment

Really nice apartment, great pool and all items you might need. There is not much to do within walking distance but it is a great base for exploring the algarve if you have bikes / car. Host was very easy to book with. Would stay again

The Bimbo Bunch - stay 21st - 28th September

We had a lovely weeks stay at this excellent apartment. No complaints whatsoever. We hired a car for our stay, but the local taxi service is really reliable. Would definitely recommend a stay in Vilamoura, it's our second time. You have everything you need here and everywhere is so clean and tidy.

Lovely weekend

Just returned from a lovely weekend staying at this apartment in Vilamoura. The apartment is in a quiet location with a lovely patio and shared pool area. There is a supermarket just a few minutes walk which is very convenient and it’s a 10 minute taxi or car ride into the marina. The apartment was lovely and clean with all the essentials you will need for a relaxing holiday. Communication was very good, thanks for a lovely stay.

Excellent apartment in a lovely quiet area .Although there are 13 other apartments, the position of the hedges makes it really private with a lovely view of the pool.Any time we swam we were the only ones using the pool.Uber worked brilliantly and there was never a problem getting a 5 seater.We all would love to return sometime.Excellent communication with both John and Frederieke .

Gorgeous pool area

I would highly recommend this apartment. It had everything we needed and the pool area was gorgeous. Loved being on the ground floor, so we could walk straight to it. We quite often had the pool to ourselves as it was so quiet. We didn’t have a car but that wasn’t an issue as there is a supermarket less than a 5 minute walk away. Then to get to the harbour and the beach we just got Ubers for no more than 5 Euros at a time. We would all definitely return.

Beautiful Apartment

Beautiful apartment with the pool literally outside in front of the patio. My daughter has Downs syndrome and ASD, so was perfect for her. As the apartment was on the ground floor, it was also perfect as my daughter has a wheelchair. I will be returning with my brother who has mobility issues, and it will wonderful for him.. An environment for a lovely relaxing break.

Lovely Apartment

Such a lovely apartment. When we walked in we we surprised it looked even nicer than the pictures. Loads of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. The pool was great and vey quiet as note many other apartments had people in them. Great location, would have been about 50mins to walk into Vilamoura but we chose to drive for evening meals out as we had the kids anyway and then had a few drinks when we returned to the apartment. Ventured out to Vilamoura, Old Town and Montechoro, all great or nights out. Zoomarine was great as always too.

Great place

We are a family of 5 with 3 older teen boys. We loved it. The space was perfect. The bedrooms were great. There is a door that separates the extra living space & the bedrooms as well a door to close off the 2 other bedrooms, great if not everyone wants to sleep at the same time. We loved the pool. Be careful with the listing, they were having trouble and not everything listed is actually included. Such as a dryer, a blender and a BBQ. They wanted to remove the items on the listing, but couldn’t, hopefully they figured that out. There were a few issues when we arrived, but they came to fix them as soon as possible. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and that always helps. I recommend John’s place.

Our second visit

We stayed here some years ago and we were always planning to return as we loved the apartment so much the first time around. It has a great location, good access of roads, parking, really good layout to the apartment and the quiet pool. We were delighted to return again this year (June '24) and this time around it didn't fail to disappoint. In fact I would say it has gotten better by virtue of the fact that a new Pingo Doce supermarket has been built less than 500m away. All the rooms of the apartment are spacious, the outdoor area very well attired and the building very well maintained. Beds were comfortable and plenty of sheets, pillows, towels and blankets. The decking of the pool was being upgraded during our visit which was a slight inconvenience however it will be a benefit going forward. We have no idea when we will return to Villamoura but when we do we will be making sure we stay here again.

Great area, and great little condo would stay again

We were a couple with our two kids and a grand parent. Condo fit us well. We were comfortable, really appreciated the good quality patio furniture instead of cheap plastic white stuff most people have! Showers were a bit small but presume they are regular size for Portugal (were from Canada)

extraordinary / wir waren begeistert

Wir waren überwältigt von der Ferienwohnung, der tollen Ausstattung und der großartigen Außenanlage. Wir waren mit drei Kindern zwischen 10 und 16 Jahren für 10 Tage vor Ort und hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, die Bäder und die Küche sauber und modern und die Terrasse riesig. Der Pool ist fantastisch und war sowohl Tagsüber als auch Nachts eine tolle Ergänzung. In der Anlage gibt es mehrere Wohnungen, von denen aber nur drei bis vier gleichzeitig trotz Hochsaison belegt waren. Dementsprechend ruhig und einsam war es vor Ort. Ideal für uns als Familie. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist keine 500 m entfernt und bietet auch frische Backwaren an. Die Lage ist ideal und man ist zumindest mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5 bis 10 Minuten in der Stadt, am Hafen oder am Strand. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht es innerhalb von 30-60 Minuten die komplette Algarve zu bereisen. Absolut empfehlenswert und für die gebotene Ausstattung absolut preiswert. Vielen Dank John. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, aber es gibt ja noch so viele andere schöne Orte. Von uns daher eine absolute Empfehlung, insbesondere für Familien! kleiner Tipp am Rande: Eselwanderung mit Robert und seinen Happy Donkeys in Monchique. Fantastic holiday

This was our fourth time staying in this Lovely apartment and it's only getting better. Lovely quiet complex ,perfect for a relaxing break with the kids. Would recommend a car as decent walk to Marina etc..

The Algarve is a beautiful place to visit at all times during the year. Vilamoura has lots of amenities like golf, beaches, water parks, the marina, restaurants, night life, etc. the apartment is perfect for our needs in a very nice and quiet complex, which has only 14 units, so it is seldom busy.

What makes this property unique

Ground floor apartment that opens directly on to the Infinity pool. Shaded patio area that is lovely to sit in at all times during the day or evening.
