Este "Island Pad" es un excelente diseño abierto 4br / 4ba directo a la playa frente a casa. Estos son pasos y luego la arena, ¡con una enorme terraza frente a la playa que abarca todo el ancho de la casa! Esto está en un frente de 100 pies de playa en el famoso Ariola Drive en la playa de Pensacola, al oeste no hay casa, solo un pequeño acceso público, ¡es una ubicación perfecta! La casa es una nueva adquisición para los propietarios entusiasmados, se ha actualizado con algunos muebles y decoración nuevos, por lo que es linda y asequible para una casa frente a la playa. Si pensabas que habías perdido la oportunidad de tener una casa frente a la playa, ¡ahora tienes una segunda oportunidad!

Hay dos Master suites que son habitaciones frente al golfo con baño en suite.  El primero tiene una cama king y un sofá cama de tamaño completo y capacidad para 4 personas con baño completo.   El segundo también tiene una cama king y baño completo. La primera habitación interior tiene una litera doble XL sobre una cama queen, y otra litera doble sobre doble, esa habitación tiene capacidad para 5 y tiene un baño completo nuevo. La última habitación interior tiene una litera doble XL sobre cama queen con baño completo y una doble desplegable, capacidad para 4. La sala de estar es un gran techo de catedral con un plano de planta abierto, una gran mesa, un nuevo sofá de sección, nuevos taburetes de bar para los asientos de la cocina de la isla y esto lleva a lo más destacado de la casa, que es la cubierta delantera del Golfo. La cubierta se extiende a lo ancho de la casa y es un excelente lugar para relajarse, asar a la parrilla y disfrutar de las increíbles vistas a la playa.

Our family had a great time! Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and a very well stocked kitchen. My only wish was that it had a ice maker which would have eliminated several trips to the store to restock our coolers. The view and weather were fabulous!

Perfect beach house!

This place was a dream in the best location. You just can't beat Pensacola Beach and with this house, you are right on it. The private boardwalk was an added bonus and the house, in general, was very accommodating. If you like to cook on vacation the kitchen is stocked which is nice. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Family get-away

This property was perfect location- just far enough from town for an exclusive fun family time, but just close enough to run into town for activities and restaurant dinners! Love that it’s directly on the beach and has a nice big open cement area under the house too! All the rooms were just what we needed, and great details with the renovation! Fully stocked! Kitchen had everything we needed!! We would stay here again!

This house checked all the boxes!

Your house was perfect for our 7 adults and 4 children. Only 20 minutes from the airport... 4 bedrooms with attached bathrooms... all on one level... right on the sand for all our children's gear... fabulous kitchen for entertaining... outside shower for sandy bodies... close to the grocery! We had a wonderful stay, and hope to do it again!

Really great property

We had a great beach vacation, staying in this property. Just steps to the water, short drive to restaurants and shops, great space for a group of our size and the open concept was perfect for hanging out together. Love that every room had their own bathroom and the finishes/amenities were great. The management company was super easy to work with and the text concierge was very responsive and helpful. Great overall experience.

The house was great but found out at the last minute we had to pay a large amount because we had a wedding. I emailed the owner 3 times to ask about wedding and no answer and at the last minute we had to pay a large amount. That we were prepared for. There are snakes all around the sand dunes around the house. We saw 3 while we were there. House was great except lights above island did not work and the ceiling fans were bad dirty.

Nice house for family trip to the beach.

Beautiful beach, nice house. Easy process to book and strong communication with property management. House has a few quirks, the professional grade oven/cook top could use instructions, one master bedroom has no closet or dresser to use other than a makeshift contraption placed in a walkway, etc. Great beach front with short walk to the water, however it is next to the public access for the community which can create congestion on the beach.

Labor Day weekend

The house is nice. There were a few things we had to call maintenance about ,but they were fixed for us. Wiring in kitchen needs work. And hot water heater needs turning up..but all in all we would go back again. Beautiful view.

PNW & GA Meet in Pensacola

Amazing house for our 3-family get together! Great location and just far enough away from town to avoid the craziness. Come prepared with the essentials though - sponge to wash dishes, extra toilet paper (only 1 roll per bathroom), paper towels/napkins and if you're lucky the can opener we had to buy will still be there. Also the towels are a bit thin, so be prepared to do laundry. Even with all these details in mind, I would still highly recommend the house to friends and family simply because of the location and view.

Perfect Pensacola

Great stay first week of August in Pensacola. Property is exceptionally stocked—from dish ware for 20+, blender, and all kitchen devices you may need. Additional ice maker (similar to an Opal) is almost worthless—you will definitely need to purchase from a nearby vendor if stocking coolers which should be expected. Very open floor plan with four bedrooms (2 each side) each with own bathroom. Nicely updated, received no complaints from anyone about bedding/linens. Huge deck with bbq(didn’t use, I don’t bbq with propane!) and seating for the whole party. Nicest surprise was tons of beach gear secured in the garage—kayak, surfboard, boogie and skim boards, chairs, and tons of little kid stuff too(didn’t use). Enclosed shower in the parking area made clean up a breeze after returning from the beach. Overall, one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at in P’cola. I highly recommend LazyDays beach service for chairs /umbrellas and other paddleboards or kayaks. They put them out by 9 and retrieve them for you at the end of the day. We were here at the end of the summer, so the next-door public access wasn’t ideal, but not much of a crowd for us so not a problem. Only issue we had was the oven has trouble closing—rests about 1/2” open unless delicately placed fully closed. Nice range though with 8 burners if I remember correctly.

Warning Public Access

We rented this house for a family wedding and took our adult children for the weekend. The house is lovely and very accommodating. There is a problem with the large stove. I have a commercial grade stove, so I know how to operate one. The large oven in this house can not be turned on without setting a timer which is not normal. There is a green binder in the kitchen with directions on how to operate the stove, so be aware of this problem. We were not aware of this problem and so we had to call maintenance. Once they came, they showed us the binder and taught us how to turn on the oven. Also, there is a public access to the beach right next to the home. We were willing to pay the expense of this home because of the convenience of walking right out to the beach. We did not give a lot of thought to the fact that the public beach access is right next to where you would set up for the day on the beach. On Saturday, we were forced to move down the opposite direction of the public beach, because of the crowds, and the type of crowds that set up within 3 feet of us. Obviously, we were not expecting a private beach, but we had not walked through this possibility. Overall, the house is lovely and the 4 bedroom/4 bath was perfect for us and our 3 children.

Beautiful Views! Beautiful House!!

Just steps away from the Gulf is the highlight of this house but the inside is fabulous too!! This house has everything! Well stocked, plenty of seating to enjoy the view. Clean, bright and very spacious! The deck is huge and perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. I give this property an A++ and would rent it over and over again! Great for families or groups of friends!
