The location of the house is great. The house is very spacious and comfortable. My only complaints are that there weren’t any spices, cleaning supplies, or house hold items provided, and there were cockroaches inside and outside the house. Other than that the rental company was very responsive.

House was in a great location. Large space with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Property management group was very responsive. Note the pool is not heated and there is no option to pay extra to have it heated.

Location was great. Enough space for everyone. Only concerns were the upstairs guest bedroom had hair on the pillows when we arrived. On the main level, the Queen size bed in the bedroom on the left wasn't very comfortable for the guest. Said it was like a sinkhole in the middle of bed. The dryer took a very long time to dry. Had to run about 3 times with each load to get everything dried. Need to have more towels and bathcloths on hand for everyone. Another issue was that the owners decided to have a boat lift installed during our stay. I recieved a call about it 2 hours before check in. I said okay at first, but after talking to the rest of the family and knowing that several of the guys purchased fishing license to fish off of the property, I called the Pensacola Beach Properties and asked if they could reschedule. They would not and it was a bit of a disturbance. We only got Tuesday with no construction. They arrived Wednesday to unload everything and parked barge in water which prevented any fishing. Worked all day Thursday and Friday and we left Saturday.
