The FARMHOUSE on Adrianne is a gorgeous completely renovated home of over 3300 square feet with an additional 1300 usable exterior square feet of patio areas looking upon beautiful Mount Elden. The backyard is fully fenced for the safety of your children and pets and because we are in a cul-de-sac there is very little traffic. People love to use our home because of the quiet and relaxing nature of our neighborhood where you can unwind with family & friends. We DO NOT allow loud parties or events.
If you are looking for a comfortable luxurious place to be your base while exploring the vast legendary area of Northern Arizona or you just wish to relax with a cold drink on the patio's, this home is ideal for you.
With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths (all bathrooms are completely remodeled as of November 2021), this home sleeps 8 (4 couples) comfortably with your own bedrooms. In November 2017, we added 6 custom bunk beds in the loft area with 4 school lockers for the kids to keep their clothes and 3 large bean bag chairs. This area is quite the hit with the kids and for extra adults. In May of 2018, we added three additional outside patio areas, one with artificial turf, for your outdoor relaxing and family gatherings. In September of 2022, the front yard had an amazing facelift!
The master bedroom has a king Tempur-Pedic® bed and all other bedrooms have upgraded queen size beds.
Located in the middle of town and at the base of Mount Elden, our house is in a cul-de-sac and is 30 seconds to the hundreds of hiking trails on Mount Elden. You'll find yourself delightfully cool in the summer as our elevation in Flagstaff is 7000 feet. Fun activities include Flagstaff's amazing hiking & biking as well as skiing and snowboarding at the AZ Snowbowl, Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon with prestigious hiking, site seeing and shopping, as well as shopping, & dining in Downtown Flagstaff. NAU (Northern AZ University) is close for those who want to tour the University, Bearizona & Out-Of-Africa are less than an hour away and great fun for adults and kids. Believe it or not, Arizona has very good wineries just 45 minutes away and Flagstaff is known for some of the best beer breweries around. Lake Powell and Rainbow Bridge is a must see and The Grand Canyon is one of the 7 wonders of the World. Stay once and you will understand why it's a wonderful family getaway with many options.

Jeff and I have been together for over 15 years now, and we love to renovate homes! Sometimes we renovate and sale and for the really special ones, we renovate and keep. The Farmhouse on Adrianne we renovated it while living in it. It was a little crazy when the kitchen was completely gutted, we were down to one bathroom, and we had nothing but plywood flooring. LOL! Our passion for giving a home it's own unique personality holds true in everything we do.
This home was built in '92 and had white carpet throughout the house (even in the bathrooms), white walls, white ceilings, marble around the fireplace, and oak trim throughout including cabinets/windows/door casings, etc. YUCK! So.... 90's!
When the previous owners walked us through the home when we were considering putting an offer on it, we knew from the beginning what we would do.... Make it look like an old refurbished industrial farmhouse. So we started gathering all of our materials from old barn wood, shiplap siding (some of which came from old buildings), old tumbled brick, etc. The brick we gathered from torn down or burnt down houses from Flagstaff, Winslow, AZ, and parts of New Mexico. The remodel began in February 2015.
Now we want to share the beauty of our home with people, like yourself, who want to enjoy the majestic nature of Northern Arizona in a beautiful home that the whole family can gather and break bread while anticipating the next days adventure.
We are animal lovers and encourage you to bring your furry family as we have wonderful hiking trails that your family will absolutely love. Since we live at the base of Mount Elden your entire family will enjoy the abundant hiking just at the edge of our cul-de-sac.
We encourage you to come and enjoy our home!

Why they chose this property
This property, as you read above, has our sweat and tears built into our home. Even though the home is very open inside and has very high ceilings, you will feel how cozy and quaint it is when staying here.
The tongue and groove wood ceilings, shiplap throughout along with the wood beams are gorgeous. The rod iron railings in the loft allow anyone upstairs to overlook the kitchen/dining/living rooms; making everyone feel right at home. At the top and base of the stairway we have locked rod iron railing gates so that you can keep young children or pets away from the staircase. The kitchen and dining area with plenty of barstool seating makes it comfortable to cook or bake while everyone is enjoying the comfort of being together and smelling the rich aroma of the cook at hand. We had 7 people cooking or baking in the kitchen for Christmas 2016 at one time, as well as, 38 people in our home for dinner and there was plenty of room. The outside balcony/patio areas all look upon Mount Elden where you can sit and enjoy a nice glass of wine in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning.
If you are looking for a place to have a great time and reconnect with family or friends, you found your home!
