Beautifully decorated and annual upgrades completed - 2 bedroom, 2 bath BEACH FRONT condominium! This is your new home away from home. Wake to the sounds of the sea from your own King Size Bed and enjoy your coffee from the balcony overlooking the sea from the 6th floor of your Lighthouse Condominium.

A wall of windows separate our gym and indoor pool from the beautiful beach! Take a dip in one of two kid friendly fountain pools, or just relax in one of the hot tubs.

Exit the pool gate and step in glistening sugar white sand for a day at the beach. Your own teak lounge chair awaits you and so does the turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico. This is all just a click away.

Time to escape to our relaxed southern living and rest in our luxurious condo on a warm sunny beach? The Lighthouse is the place to be and Gulf Shores of Alabama is as fine as it gets! This little strip of heaven is seconds from Florida and a click away from your enjoyment.

The numerous amenities are listed and the many fun-filled activities with fabulous dining are minutes away from your condo. Swim with the dolphins at the wharf or enjoy OWA, the new amusement part, and go-carts and water slides. Have a cheesburger in paradise at LuLu's restaurant or hit the Florabama for some fun. Putt putt your way across ice cream stores and enjoy Rita's Italian Ice and Frozen Custard... This is just to name a few...

Great location & the condo was stocked with everything we needed for the week to cook. The little touches made it feel just like home. The beds were really comfortable and I liked the fact there was extra bath & wash towels in the bathrooms. We have stayed in Gulf Shores/ Orange Beach about 20 times & we loved this condo! Definitely would stay in the Lighthouse again.

Hot tub and pool was a bit gross, the room wasn't cleaned very well, sand on the floor and in the bed. The Kitchen trash can didn't have a bag in it.

It was good. A little outdated. Bathroom to the right needs repairs above shower inside on wall. Rusty shower rods, rusty toilet paper roll,I’m not sure how often couches and chairs are cleaned but should be cleaned after every guest. Just Upholstery Cleaner would be nice. Towels and washcloths very dingy. A couple of washcloths even seemed dirty but I’m sure clean just dingy. A little Clorox would fix that I hope. I’m an older adult and it would be nice just to install hand arm on showers to get in and out of the shower. Just an idea. All these things can be found at Walmart, Target, Marshall’s T.J. Max.Our stay was nice

The place was great. You need to replace the fitted sheets for the king bed. They always come off. Probably poor quality just need an upgrade.

Great place!

We loved this condo, it's one of our favorites now! The room and view were perfect, exactly as pictured. We liked how everything was situated, the ease of going to and from the beach/pool, etc. We also appreciated that we were within ten minutes of awesome restaurants and a beautiful park!

Birthday vacation

Beautiful condo and beach. Plenty of amenities. Comfortable patio furniture to enjoy the gulf view. Super close to great restaurants, grocers, shopping and entertainment.

Great place for a short visit

Property was nice, mostly clean, and self explanatory. Condo was gorgeoues with an awesome view from the balcony. It overlooked the pools outside too. Always something to do, and weather was on cue for most of our trip. Definitely would book again.

Gulf shores condo

We loved this condo! I cannot say enough great things about the owner- I tend to have a bit of travel anxiety and I’m sure bothered him with questions, but he was so kind and informative and made our stay so comfortable. Condo could have been a bit cleaner, but the cleaning company I’m sure has many condos and I’m a bit of a neat freak. When I asked the owner if there was a swiffer, he offered to have the cleaning company come back. When I said that’s ok, he offered to drop off cleaning supplies. Overall just such a nice guy, condo was stocked with everything we needed and in a great location. Would definitely stay again.

Gulf Shores escape

Location, view, and parking were great even though you pay to park. This unit needs a new King mattress and sofa, as they are worn out. I re-washed dishes and coffee maker as well. Instructions said to wash towels before leaving, however, there was no detergent. Luckily, I brought some with me and used it.

Inspiring

Property was average, condo and Lighthouse building, BUT the location is special. The beach and gulf are always with you. Crack the patio door and you can hear, feel, and smell the beach. Close the door and cherish the silence and peace. You can walk most everywhere to eat or be entertained. Orange beach and the Gulf State Park are close by with your car. We enjoyed being alone when we wanted and experiencing exciting adventures when we wanted. Robb was great to work with and the building security was always present. Each season and family will be different but our stay was awesome.

Great time

Weve stayed at the Lighthouse numerous times, each time in a different rental. Overall, the condo was well equipped and clean. We had to contact the host one time for the wifi password ans he responded almost immediately. The beach right outside the Lighthouse is absolutely beautiful. We were very pleased. The only two downfalls of this property, that are at no fault of the condo owners, is that the outdoor pools are not heated, which means they are cold around spring break time, but perfect in the summer and the elevators take a while especially during busy times. However, with this one being on the 6th floor, park on the 3rd floor and you only have a quick stair trip :) We are adding this to our Lighthouse stay again list.

Easiest departure instructions ever!

This is your place! My family is well traveled - my husband is a pilot and I plan meeting/events/conferences professionally, so even thought we are a Marriott Lifetime Platinum power couple…we enjoy the comforts of a “home away from home” when traveling on our own personal time and this one checks every possible box! The condo is super clean and the check-in process is super easy. The beds are really comfortable and have great linens. Everything is very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms had plenty of towels (daily laundry not necessary 🙌). Also, great water pressure in both bathrooms. The balcony is were I spent most of my time - a view I could look at for days and never get tired of it. Another huge bonus to this unit - amazingly simple departure instructions. My family and I have always loved the area but have bounced between a couple units over previous years looking for our place and well…I think I’ve found it! We are already look forward to returning next year!

Filthy and out dated

The bathrooms had mold on the showers. The tub in the master bath had some kind of pink something on the water jets and dirt in the bottom. The ceiling fans were all filthy. There was mold between the tub and shower in the master bath. The stove eyes hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. There was spilled food crusted inside them. The cushions on the couch were well worn but the worst thing was the bed in the master. It had a 4" piece of foam on top of it which you just fell in. It was like trying to sleep in a hammock. You are sleeping in a V position. No comfort at all. The lock is broken on the sliding door in the living room. It wouldn't lock. There was a smell in the bunk room. Smelled like someone had puked in there and it hadn't been cleaned.

Leaves things to be desired.

Upon arrival after 6pm the day of checkin which was at 3pm, the condo was not clean, and the staff was still cleaning the unit. The master key lock outside is barely functioning, and we immediately reached out to the owner with no response. The staff kept closing the door to our condo in our faces and telling us it was not ready. We had no where to go and she could not tell us when she would be finished. She finally agreed to allow us in and then finish which was only making beds and spot cleaning the floors. Major lies. The tubs had hair from previous renters in them, and the tile was not cleaned. The threshold between the hardwood and the tile was completely loose, and my kids tripped over it the entire stay. Oh and NEITHER balcony door would lock. The living area one has NO Lock on it, the one in the master is malfunctioning, and will not latch. Every vent in the condo has black mild growing in them, the filter on the ac unit appears to not have been changed in MONTHS, and there is black mold growing on the wall of the pantry. The main door has a huge gap under it where bugs or items can come thru from outside. The secondary bedroom closet door was broken and a drawer on the dresser is busted. We contacted the owner again the next day with all of the issues and offering photos of them, we would be refunded half of our cleaning fee, and it never happened. Due to lack of proper cleaning , my family and I contracted covid during our stay. We ended up having to leave a day early. Take EVERYTHING you will need to have at your own home to clean, ex. dishwasher pods, toilet paper, sponges, cleaners, paper towels, trash bags, and something to clean the floors with. 2 vacuums in the condo, NEITHER work. The broom handle continuously breaks from the end so you cannot sweep well. We didnt have dishwasher tabs, and had planned to get some, but couldnt with covid, so all dishes were placed in the dishwasher, all towels in the washing machine, unwashed as we were trying to get home, and I didnt want the covid germs on them for the next family/group. We informed the owner of all of this, and absolutely no response. The balcony was amazing. We did have to purchase a coffee maker as the one in the condo made horrid tasting coffee. For $3200 fees and all, so many things were not up to par. Parking is not included, and neither is a beach loungers, which is $35 per day.

Great stay, comfortable beds and furniture. It was quiet, very relaxing. Just bring your own pillows, the pillows weren’t that comfortable, and bring laundry detergent if you want to use the washer. Great stay, highly recommended!

We are affordable since you are dealing with the owner directly - no agency fees passed on to you! Our Condo is beautiful and clean, and we're directly on the beach. This unit is on the 6th floor near the center (close to the elevators) so access to/from the beach is very convenient.

The Beach has beautiful white sand and is a must see condominium. 'The Hangout' is a just a short walk on the beach to get to and is voted one of the best places to visit at the Gulf Shores.
