A través de un patio bucólico ingresa al Aristovascio Eduardo, recientemente renovado.
Eduardo se despliega en dos niveles, comunicándose con una escalera de madera.
Acceso desde el patio a la planta baja, amueblado con cocina totalmente equipada, sofá cama doble, TV LCD, baño, ducha y lavandería.
En el piso superior descubrirá una cama acogedora, un armario de estilo marino, dos mesitas de noche, una pantalla, un televisor LCD, con vistas a la sala de estar a continuación.
El apartamento se caracteriza por el mar azul de Nápoles, lo que le da frescura y agradable.
Eduardo, como los otros Aristovasci Toto, Peppino y Malafemmina, se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad y son atendidos por autobuses, metro y puerto, cuyas estaciones están a pocos metros de distancia.

We can’t say enough about this unit and the hosts! First you are a minutes walk from shopping and eating. And I mean minutes. And shopping. And Eating. Your unit is in the middle of the building inside a garden. And the unit itself is clean, comfortable and cozy. Great water pressure and comfortable bed. You have to stay here! Non possiamo dire abbastanza su questa unità e sui padroni di casa! Per prima cosa sei a pochi minuti a piedi dallo shopping e dal cibo. E intendo minuti. E fare shopping. E Mangiare. La tua unità è al centro dell'edificio all'interno di un giardino. E l'unità stessa è pulita, confortevole e accogliente. Ottima pressione dell'acqua e letto comodo. Devi restare qui!

Amazing!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. Everything was nice and clean and comfortable. The team was amazing and the water pressure was out of this world! They were helpful in suggesting restaurants as well. We are at the most delicious place per their recommendation. They were helpful when we couldn't figure things out, our fault, and never made us feel like a burden. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend it and would definitely stay again.

Naples right outside your door

The property is very well located, enabling us to walk to all we wanted to experience. It has everything you would need for a visit to Naples. Anna had very good communications. A written description as well as pictures were provide to assist in accessing the unit. The host was able to set up a taxi to pick us up as we moved on to our next adventure.We enjoyed our stay in Naples.

Wonderful day. Would highly recommend.

I chose to stay in this apartment because my friends chose to stay in another one of their units. The communication while making the reservation and through the process, including while on my stay was exceptional. The room was clean. The sheets and linens were clean and is very spacious for one or two people. I did not use the kitchen except for the refrigerator, but there were pots and pans, dishes, and glasses, and all you would need to make a meal. As a solo traveler, I also felt very safe.Thank you for making my stay in Naples so easy to enjoy!

Charming Stay in Hip Neighborhood

First off the property is very charming. When you step through the gate into the garden, you feel as if you're in another world. The apartment is clean & organized well. Keep in mind, you are in an apartment so you might hear a bump or two from the neighbors. The location is ideal; our first night I was able to grab a bottle of wine & some snacks from a grocer, perhaps two minutes away. The property owner I fantastic to work with. Despite being ill, they were very communicative & eager to be helpful throughout the process. Even to respond quickly to suggestions where to eat or the best way to travel to a locale. Awesome experience. So, what did I not like? Eh, not my favorite style of wine opener in the kitchen. That's about it, it's a place you will say, "I could live here."

Naples VRBO

This is a great base for going to Pompeii and Amalfi and a good setup for the 3 of us with the upstairs bedroom. Excellent communication from Anna and prompt responses. Shampoo and soap would be nice to have.

Great stay in Napoli

Marco was a great host for our stay at the Eduardo property in Napoli. He was very responsive and helpful during our stay and even arranged for our taxi departure to ensure we left early enough before a Marathon, which we had no idea about. Very clean, safe and secure apartment just up the street from the Metro Line 1 Universita stop. Conveniently located to explore the city from and have a nice place to return to.

Great location and garden courtyard very nice. However no body soap or shampoo was disappointing. No where to sit downstairs except very small uncomfortable couch and 4 chairs around a table. Bed was upstairs and comfortable, but bathroom downstairs. No curtains on the door so light all night. Coffee not very good. Ok for 2 nights.

We had the most perfect stay here in Naples. Was such a great location to train and metro. The property had all the amenities!! Including a washer/dryer. Beautiful courtyard where we had dinner one evening. Absolutely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!!❤️❤️

You have to stay here!

We spent a very short time in Naples and were looking for an apartment close to the city center. This loft suite was perfect for our stay! It is right in the city center, but you would never even know it! As soon as you walk through the door, you enter.into a beautiful garden. The apartment itself was much bigger than we thought, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was spotless, and we felt very safe during our stay. The owners, Anna and Marco, are the most hospitable people I have encountered during our trip! They were so accommodating and gave us some wonderful recommendations. Our flight out of Naples was later in the evening, so they ensured our bags were stored safely and also arranged for transfer to the airport. If you are going to spend any time in Naples, this is the place that you want to come home to after a long day. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent, well appointed Eduardo apt. is complete with washer/dryer, and full kitchen. It is clean, and a beautiful garden with tropical trees offers a quiet space from street activity. Our stay was made special by Marco, who went out of his way to help us with all our daily needs, especially with some unexpected medical issues. We give Marco and Eduardo apartment our highest recommendation.

Easy check-in, great location

Apartment was clean and as described with a nice little courtyard area outside. The location was central to everything we wanted to do and our host was accommodating with our check in. Two wall-mounted AC units made the space very comfortable. Would stay there again!

Naples Apartment

This is a cute apartment in a great location. It was easy to walk to all of the sites in Naples and there are lots of good restaurants in the area. The owners Anna and Marco were incredibly nice and helpful.

Naples at its best

The location of Aristovascio is perfect. It's very close to some of the great city's main sights and the Metro, the Via Toledo is just a 5 minute walk away, and though the street itself is busy, you arrive at an oasis of quiet once you get through the main gate and enter the private and beautiful 'garden'. The flat is comfortable and cool (the airco had no trouble keeping us cool during a heatwave) and had everything we needed. Anna and her staff were super friendly and helpful. Full marks to her and her team!

Great location

Two of us had a great stay in Naples. It’s a good amount of space and a comfy bed. Having the metro a block away and proximity to the ferry made getting around easy. There are no toiletries provided which is the only thing that could have made the place better. We would stay again!

Everything and need and more!

Anna’s property had everything we needed and more! Clean and quiet. Close to all of the attractions in Naples. It had all of the kitchen items that we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. Anna was an excellent host! Check in and out was a breeze and was super flexible as we arrived very late on check in day due to train schedules. For check out, Anna even arranged our cab to airport! She provided excellent suggestions for restaurants that were nearby and kept in touch to ensure that our stay was as expected. The property was beautiful and the host was outstanding. Who could ask for more? Only sad that I cant give more than five stars. Thank you for everything Anna!

Great apartment and location, even greater hosts!

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of days and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We were in very close proximity to the Metro which is well connected to the rest of the city so getting to our destinations was never a problem. The apartment is also very close to many restaurants, which is always a plus after a long day. And as a side note, the lofted bedroom is so well situated that after Napoli won the Scudetto (first time in 30+ years), we slept well even though the city flooded the streets in celebration. And on top of all these positives, enough cannot be said about the hosts. Communication (through WhatsApp) and in person during check in was absolutely great and appreciated. We were 3hrs delayed upon arrival (train delays) and the hosts were very understanding of our situation and waited for us. We appreciated them for letting us spend the couple of days in the apartment and would fully recommend it to anyone. 10/10.

Perfect Naples location

This is the perfect place to be both quiet and secluded while being within a short walk of everything you want to do and see in Naples. A clean, comfortable and adequately air conditioned apartment with a lovely quiet courtyard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Naples!
