About this property

GREGORIUS DIAMERISMA: panoramic terrace

Imagine stepping into the heart of Naples, in the UNESCO-listed historic center, in a corner building between Spaccanapoli and S. Gregorio Armeno where, according to popular beliefs, our patron saint was born: San Gennaro.
The house, just renovated, has a private terrace from which you can admire dozens of domes, Vesuvius and all the thousand colors of this incredible city.
Are you ready to take a dip in the history of Naples? the price to pay is the lack of an elevator.

The house has 2 large fully furnished bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed and an equipped kitchen, a private bathroom with shower and essentials (towels, hairdryer, soap and shampoo). The house is on the top floor of an ancient building of historical interest. It has a large panoramic terrace, from which it is possible to admire, on the right, the Vomero hill, the Castel Sant'Elmo, San Martino; on the left, Vesuvius, the Cathedral of Naples and the characteristic Neapolitan roofs of the historic center. The apartment is located in the characteristic San Gregorio Armeno, famous for the display of cribs and shepherds of the Neapolitan master craftsmen.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

The building is located a few steps from the main tourist attractions of the city, including the Cathedral of Naples, Piazza San Domenico Maggiore, Underground Naples, Sansevero Chapel, Via dei Tribunali, Piazza del Gesù, Mother Museum and the National Archaeological Museum. From Piazza Garibaldi station it is possible to walk in 15 minutes or by subway, Line 1 direction Piscinola, Dante or University stop. The port, where ferries leave for excursions to the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida, is a 10-minute walk away. From the airport it is possible to arrive by taxi or use the paid shuttle service to be agreed with the owner of the structure.
Other things to keep in mind: the apartment is located on the fifth floor of the building, without a lift.
