Wonderful Vacation

This home was beautiful with stunning views. We had a very special vacation in this gorgeous condo. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful and Debra was the perfect host. I highly recommend this property - it exceeds expectations.

The room had a great view and was very clean. The staff was friendly and the chefs were extremely accommodating to food allergies. The pools and the hotel grounds are beautiful. A couple drawbacks are the the sea weed and bugs/flies by the beach. This may be seasonal and worse in the summer. Also, the bars and restaurants seemed a bit short staffed. But overall we loved our trip and would definitely go back.

LOVED the Property

This is by far one of the best Ritz I have ever stayed at as we have a family of 4, teenager girls who had a blast here. The staff is beyond amazing, everyone is extremely welcoming, everyone is so happy to ensure you have the perfect stay. The pics online don't give it justice, it looks a bit outdated but it's gorgeous inside and I've been to many high end resorts. We can from CA and will definitely be visiting this property again. Thank you to the entire team from the greeters, especially Nash, the ladies at the front that always gave us a warm welcome when we came in for coffee and housekeeping for keeping our place impeccable spotless.

Great Week!

The entire resort is very well maintained, the location, view, beaches were all top notch. The concierge set us up on a few excursions and steered us wonderfully. Staff were friendly and attentive; we asked for assistance with two things during our stay and the resolved them within minutes. One thing that did need some attention was the staffing level / response time at the restaurants. I felt like they were overwhelmed at times and the service tended to be slow with somewhat long wait times. Other than that, 5 STARS all the way!

Best way to do the Ritz with a family!

Property was great and better than expected. Property manager was very helpful, gracious and attentive. Best stay at the Ritz in years. Seems they have finally fully staffed up post COVID. Great service all around and the club/membership staff was wonderful.

The owner of the property canceled our stay. Would take caution that your trip can be canceled for any reason. Apparently there weren’t even rooms available but they still took our payment. Was very difficult to get a refund and our trip insurance back.

Great for families

We had a three bedroom condo, with full kitchen, and washer and dryer. Great accommodations when traveling with three kids under the age of 9! Great access to two beaches, four pools and both the club and hotel amenities. Host was very helpful and accommodating to our questions.
