New property for rent in Cádiz facing the beach! Enjoy a few days or weeks of relaxation and leisure in Cádiz capital, just beside the access to Santa María del Mar Beach, and about 5 minutes to Victoria Beach. It's down the street and be on the Paseo Marítimo, where you can walk in less than 10 minutes to the historic center of Cádiz. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and one with two single beds), 2 full bathrooms, equipped kitchen (includes washing machine and dishwasher), laundry room, living room and glazed terrace. From the living room and the terrace you have side views of the sea. The living room has a sofa convertible into a double bed. Enjoy the sunsets from the terrace, or a walk by the sea while looking for a good place to dine. Quiet area, with many shops in the nearby environment (supermarkets, bakeries, fruit shops, bars ...). Pets not allowed. Smoking not allowed inside the apartment.
